Our development team is working on a release that will also fix this issue.Can’t open app on iPhone 12 Pro had it for couple years I deleted app rebooted phone reinstalled app now it won’t open up

Our development team is working on a release that will also fix this issue.I started using the Neat Files service in 2018. At that time, the annual subscription price was $59.99. With tax, I was charged $97.73 for my 2019 renewal, and it was $130.31 in 2020. Then I get a notice in Nov 2021 that the price was going up to $200, or $215.82 with tax. That’s a 68% increase in one year, and the price has more than tripled in 3 years. I understand that price increases happen, but this seems excessive. I use this service for personal reasons only to keep track of receipts. It seems like Neat is investing more in the business side and has forgotten about the customers who use this service for personal reasons. I’m investigating other options.
It was a great start to bring back the manual capture so all receipts could be photographed regardless of lighting conditions. Second thing to bring back is the “Send to Neat” function for electronic attachments and severely punish whomever took that away in the first place…And as a Final request give us back the ability to create and add all of our own categories and to completely delete all of the standard categories that you have included so the software can learn our individual accounting codes etc…

Thank you again for submitting your feedback! You asked and we listened, manual capture is now back in the mobile app! When launching the application, you can simply toggle between turning Auto capture on and off. Now all of your documents will be in your Neat account exactly as you want.Don’t update to iOS 15 this app will freeze when you try to save a receipt or document to a specific folder!! Please fix this … This is still an issue I’ve uninstalled a reinstalled. This a code base issue it’s happening on two device.. only for IOS work on iOS 14 and android
So many things have changed when I first started using NEAT. I bought an original invoice/receipt scanner. Then the app came out. It wasn’t great, but it was doable. Took forever, but was better than waiting to get home and use the scanner w the desktop.
Now there’s an update, and things are quicker, but I’m so tired of capturing a photo, go to unfiled folder to edit, move receipt to a folder, then it locks up. I literally have to get get out of the app, reopen it, go back to the unfiled folder to go to the next receipt. This is ridiculous. Instead of going smoothly and quickly, it takes just as much time as before.
I really hope this can be updated to make this easier.
