    This service is nothing short of a joke. Incompetence from multiple support agents while trying to rebook a flight. There was a flight for the same price as my original one, and MyTrip tried to charge me £316 as an “flight difference” fare, but they were trying to put me on the most expensive flight of the day, instead of the cheapest. Disgraceful service, and in the end I couldn’t change my flight at all.

  • DON’T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

    I am absolutely livid with this company. They have technical difficulties every other week, there was a data leak and their exorbitant fees are driving me nuts. I included checked baggage in my booking and that never came out on the transaction. Originally it would have cost an extra $100 for a checked bag. Now they want $500!!!! My flight to New Zealand cost $880 why the heck would I pay $500 just for the bag? To say I'm furious is an understatement. I’m in a position where I can’t do anything. I can’t refund my ticket and I don’t want to give them a single cent extra. They charged me for baggage insurance when I don’t even HAVE A BAG on my flight. Absolute thieves. I hope the company goes under.

  • Clunky, poor UI and limited functionality

    If you book a return trip and have already landed from your original flight you are unable to change anything after that point. “Contact Us” link only redirects you to the airline. Use someone else, these guys are low level brokers and not even good at that.
  • DON’T USE!!

    I never write reviews but I feel the need to warn people from using this app. They are utterly useless at communicating. I booked a round trip, a week apart and paid the extra fees for a “flexible” ticket. I did this because I was most likely going to push the return flight back. The return flight is scheduled for a Sunday so I called on Thursday to push it back. I was left on hold and eventually the call disconnected, never received a call back. I sent emails and called Friday and a similar story, I got transferred to multiple people and to no avail. I eventually got through to someone on Saturday, I gave my preferred date for my return flight and was told they’d get back to me in 2-3 hours after it’s scheduled. It’s been 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me… don’t get me started on trying to get some money refunded

    Hours on hold, constantly transferred to the next person.
    No understanding from the call agents they just read from a script
    The whole third party travel agency business is a scam!!!

    They upmark the original fare price when trying to change tickets
    They offer you premium services like getting a an express refund like wth! How is that a service ???

    Honestly these companies pray on working class people trying to get a hotel within means

    There is no honesty no customer service just offer cheap flights but when things go wrong the customer will end up paying way more
    I think it’s just to push us all to get travel insurance which is more money

  • Based out of Florida, Customer service outsourced.

    If you need any changes in your booking, try calling the airlines directly. Although they based out of Florida, they out source customer service who has no idea about North American flight policies.

    Also, they charge hefty fees on rescheduling. Go with the airlines directly for any changes in your booking it’s way cheaper.

  • scam, pathetic, bad, can't change plane tickets

    You should not use this fraudulent service and app. You will not be able to change your flight if you book the wrong date. They will say there are no flights available. Meanwhile, I called the airline directly and they confirmed that there were still seats available on that day, but they couldn't rebook me and I had to contact this app to change the ticket. But I think they don't want to change and asked me to book a new ticket with them. Dream huh? I lost 700 Euros

  • Lack of credibility

    I came late to the airport, and the receptionist told me that I came late, so I must contact the website I used to book the plane ticket. I called the “my trip” contact number and they answered me after a quarter of an hour. The lady told me that I could change my trip to tomorrow, but I had to pay an amount. I agreed, and later that day another person from the same phone number called me and told me that I had to pay another amount. Due to the delay that occurred before the flight was changed (the lady was speaking to me on the phone for more than 20 minutes), I agreed to pay the required amount, and then he sent me a reservation ticket for the plane. On the second day, when I was supposed to take the flight, the receptionist told me that the ticket reservation had not been made and that I should contact the site that I used for the reservation. I called the site and they called me back after 53 minutes, and as it was late, the gate had closed and they would not receive any more. Travelers. The person spoke to me for 3 minutes and told me we will call you later (they did not call me) and thus I wasted two days of my vacation to travel and I do not know if there will be more days that will be lost + money wasted on transportation and this stupid site (no offense).

    No compensation was paid and their customer service is not satisfactory and you have to wait for about an hour
