    I booked a fly, then the airline cancelled it. I called the airline, they said “no problems in this case we refund in full, but you bought your ticket through MyTrip, so you need to apply for the refund by them”. I phoned MyTrip the same day (now one month ago) and raised the refund request, they said “ok”, I received no email and no refund request reference, then I called again 1 week later asking for developments, they said “there is no developments at the moment, it’s too early”. Now (1month after my first call) I contacted them by chat, the authomatic chat said “there is no refund request open on my account”, I waited hours in chat waiting to chat with an agent m, but no one came.
    I checked everywhere a way or a form or even through the chat to make a complaint, there is no way.

  • Dishonesty

    The person assisting me wrote to say there would be no change fee due to issues with your system. When I selected and paid for the dates, the date changed . I informed her about this, and she assured me everything was fine. However, when she attempted to correct the dates, she encountered the same problem. Subsequently, she acknowledged the system issues and agreed to waive the fee. Yet, when I received the payment link, I was charged the fee, contradicting her earlier statement that there was a problem with the system.

    Doesn’t let you search flights, just said there’s an error.
  • Never ever use.

    This crew also owns “GoToGate” and if there are any hiccups, don’t expect any customer service. In my instance, their website said “payment failed” when actually they’d booked me on a flight. After making arrangements elsewhere, they refused to refund by pushing you down a false corridor, dangling a carrot then stabbing you in the backside. They’re not only poor service, but genuinely I think even criminal.

    Very bad customer service . I booked flight with this app and paid for a flexible tickets . When trying to change the departure date, they just offered to buy a new ticket.

    I booked a ticket for myself, but on the day of travel, during check-in, the airport staff informed me that the flight was invalid and I needed a transit visa. However, when I booked the ticket, the company assured me that no additional documents were necessary, and it wasn't a self-transfer flight. Consequently, I couldn't board the flight and had to purchase an expensive last-minute ticket to reach my destination. Moreover, I was denied a refund for the initial booking. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and I won't be using their services again.

  • Correcting a passenger name has been a pain in the a**

    I made a typo in a passenger name while booking and let Mytrip.com know within an hour of booking. During the first few interactions I was told I need to pay $56 to get the name corrected and $112 to cancel the booking. I thought $56 is better than spending $112. Now after multiple calls and chats I am now being told that I need to spend $71 more making the total to $127, in that way I would have been better off cancelling and rebooking.
    And even if I pay $71 more I don’t know if I won’t be asked for more money for such a trivial matter.
    My learning is to never book from any third party and directly book with the airline themselves.

  • SCAM!!

    I’m an UK resident and I booked a travel ticket to India through this app, i was stopped at airport by uneducated airlines saying I don’t have schenghan for connecting flight(as per embassy this is not required), when tried to contact this app representative they were rude saying visa issue and cancelled the call.
    Finally the complaint was picked however there is updates yet even after multiple chasers, this costed me huge money, please book from a trusted app and avoid getting scammed.

  • DO NOT USE - SCAMMERS

    I booked through them. The airlines didn’t honor the seat selection I paid for. I’ve used 3rd party travel companies before. If I have a problem…there is a company to call and customer service to contact. That doesn’t exist here. Either I received a refund and they kept it or they couldn’t do a simple form that any legit 3rd party to could do to get me my refund. So they are either thieves or scam artist .. either way I will never use them again and I’ve put all over every travel group on social media to stay far away from this app. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them unless you like being out $1000s of dollars.

    Scammers! I’ve been waiting for a refund almost two years! I’ve contacted the airline the said we’ve sent the the full amount! I’ve contacted them again! They sent me a refund of £40! from £278? I’ve contacted them again they said we will contact the airline! When the airline confirmed they never back they back to !I can’t find the contact number to call!
