No compassionate Ground

As if they would not allow me to get credit for one month even though I had mention going through 2 deaths in the space of 2 months and funerals thereafter. With the issues I am also having with Felix, network dropping out without notice, like what era are we living in? The least they could do was offer a month instead they tried to get me to a 25GB plan, that’s not what I’m asking for … Ghee. How can they overlook this and have no compassion. They would rather move me to a plan than help elevate the stressful situation and sometime terrible network. That’s not on for companies to overlook compassionate grounds. Terrible. Not to mention my plan was active but my phone was broken and didn’t even use it for a month. They could of just given me that back. Terrible terrible terrible experience. I’m taking the 1 star I first gave! So no stars but apple won’t let us so it says one star but no star. They deserve none.

If you've been having issues for the last 6 months, it definitely sounds like something else is going on. I understand that you've already spoken with the team, and this has been super frustrating for you. I don’t have service

I switched to Felix to give them a chance. I preferred to keep my number with eSIM. However, I still don’t have service. I contacted their costumer service, they asked me to restart my device and reset network settings. After that, I told them that none of that has worked and I still have no signal. They told me it’s a problem they know they’re having with eSIM. My complaint is, how are they still offering eSIM if they can’t provide service? Now I’m without signal and unable to communicate, the response from the representative who answered me was to use WIFI in the meantime, como on! If I’m already experiencing issues before even fully using their service, I don’t want to imagine what will come later.

Excellent Customer Service

This is my first time writing a review on any app but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Lee and Piper from Team felix for helping me with switching from Telstra to felix. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. It took a while to get in contact with an actual person to help me tho however, I understand how busy it must be, I’m still thankful for their amazing customer service, especially to Lee and Piper!

Worst Customer Service

My partner and I signed up for Felix mobile. My service activated fine, however my partner would receive an error when activating ESIM. The “Live Chat” is not live. It’s been almost two days going back and forth with a “chat bot” that is waiting for a live agent to respond. I’m convinced there actually isn’t any support agents, as there isn’t even a customer contact number. Go with another telco to save you the haste.

Non-Existent Customer Support & Abysmal Indoor Coverage

I'm beyond frustrated with Felix Mobile. Three weeks ago, I reached out to them about their dismal indoor service, hoping for a solution. However, since then, it feels like they've completely vanished.
Their support system is a complete joke. Every time I attempt to call, it's like hitting a brick wall – always busy, always unreachable. And their in-app chat is no better. Hours of waiting for a response, only to receive basic questions and be left waiting again.

But what really infuriates me is the stark difference in coverage between Felix and my other provider. With my dual SIM card, Felix struggles to maintain even a single bar, while my other provider consistently has nearly full bars. It's a glaring discrepancy that showcases Felix's incompetence.

Enough is enough. I've been patient, but I refuse to tolerate this neglect any longer. If Felix Mobile doesn't address these issues promptly, I won't hesitate to escalate the matter. I'll be filing a payment dispute without hesitation.

Awesome Team

Hi,

I was on felix before but the $35 deal was a bit much for me at the time but i decided to keep my husband on and its been just under a year and i just love the connivence as I would use my husbands hotspot to connect to my phone and my 2kids devices when we need to go somewhere important. We also bought the $5 international roaming as well that was also very helpful when he went to New Zealand. Overall its been very consistent with everything.

So, i ended up changing providers as felix only had the one plan which was $35 unlimited everything basically (except international etc) i would say that was a big mistake i should have just stayed on felix long story short im back due to a bad experience with previous provider and i could not be more happier to change!

The Chat was easy to use and more friendly than most chat bots ive used! It was quick and i was able to talk to a team memeber who very quickly solved my query within minutes of messaging! Now i cant wait to use felix again!

Awesome service and awesome deals! So glad i was able to come back at a time there are more plans to choose and within my budget. Again worth the money!

New customer

I heard about Felix through Facebook when I was doing some research to leave Optus after the nationwide outage. The Felix app is easy to use and porting my number across from Optus was an absolute breeze. I had an issue with iMessage/FaceTime but a quick chat with a support agent through the app and my problem was resolved! The price point is excellent and service has been wonderful so far. So far so good

Easy start up and now I’m cruising with unlimited internet. Gonna test out the 3month deal it gave me and see if it continues to impress me as much as it has already x

OH! And their app interface is so easy to navigate, displays everything you want and more, and looks super clean with a cute peach tone. Would recommend just because of ease of use. And they plant trees with a % of their profits; Loving that!

Fantastic service and company ethos all at an unbelievable price!

Just want to say in was with vodafone about 20yrs total and moved to Felix 4 months ago. Service has been fantastic and my bestie also joined and loves the service.
Today i lost ability to make
Calls and the chat team were quick, Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and personable. We did some troubleshooting then Felix reset my account and problem was solved. I love Felix for so many reasons, and this is just one of them. Thank you.
