If you've been having issues for the last 6 months, it definitely sounds like something else is going on. I understand that you've already spoken with the team, and this has been super frustrating for you. We'd love to get one of our Senior Care Specialists to look into this further for you, and see if we're able to help get to the bottom of what's causing these issues, or see what we're able to do to make sure you have service to switch your number to another network if that's what you'd prefer. Non-Existent Customer Support & Abysmal Indoor Coverage
Their support system is a complete joke. Every time I attempt to call, it's like hitting a brick wall – always busy, always unreachable. And their in-app chat is no better. Hours of waiting for a response, only to receive basic questions and be left waiting again.
But what really infuriates me is the stark difference in coverage between Felix and my other provider. With my dual SIM card, Felix struggles to maintain even a single bar, while my other provider consistently has nearly full bars. It's a glaring discrepancy that showcases Felix's incompetence.
Enough is enough. I've been patient, but I refuse to tolerate this neglect any longer. If Felix Mobile doesn't address these issues promptly, I won't hesitate to escalate the matter. I'll be filing a payment dispute without hesitation.

Awesome Team
I was on felix before but the $35 deal was a bit much for me at the time but i decided to keep my husband on and its been just under a year and i just love the connivence as I would use my husbands hotspot to connect to my phone and my 2kids devices when we need to go somewhere important. We also bought the $5 international roaming as well that was also very helpful when he went to New Zealand. Overall its been very consistent with everything.
So, i ended up changing providers as felix only had the one plan which was $35 unlimited everything basically (except international etc) i would say that was a big mistake i should have just stayed on felix long story short im back due to a bad experience with previous provider and i could not be more happier to change!
The Chat was easy to use and more friendly than most chat bots ive used! It was quick and i was able to talk to a team memeber who very quickly solved my query within minutes of messaging! Now i cant wait to use felix again!
Awesome service and awesome deals! So glad i was able to come back at a time there are more plans to choose and within my budget. Again worth the money!

Calls and the chat team were quick, Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and personable. We did some troubleshooting then Felix reset my account and problem was solved. I love Felix for so many reasons, and this is just one of them. Thank you.
