Switched from one of the big telcos. Very happy!
I’m a tech person, so I do notice a slight change in speed from the carrier I was previously with but given the fact that I’m generally on wifi, It’s not enough to deter me. Certainly not an issue. I’ve also had nothing but amazing service from every touchpoint at Felix - which also makes it very very very worth it. (And something I’ve never said about a telco before :)

Felix Mobile Review
20mbps l find is enough to stream 4k on my mobile phone. So that is heaps of speed!
And its rare to find a unlimited data deal on prepaid. Most other prepaid plans cut you off after you used all your data.
But there are a few things l wish they improved on.
I wish they had mobile broadband and tablet plans.
I didnt mind if it costed a bit more.
But l get the peace of mind that l dont need to worry about data limits. if they bring the same unlimited data plan to tablets/mobile broadband devices.
And there needs to be a way to contact vodafone directly for coverage improvements. Like a Coverage improvement coverage form or something.
And Switch on the 5g coverage even if its also limited at 20mbps.
Other then that
Felix works really well and great value thats otherwise not provided in the prepaid market.
