Unreliable speed

I switched to felix earlier this week and the process was very straightforward. Since I’ve started using the service I have noticed a significant difference in speed... sometimes this is okay—I understand that it’s capped at 20mbps. However, frequently my service drops down to 3G with just 1-2 bars and the speed is as little as 1mbps, which isn’t even fast enough to load a website or simple app. Today I couldn’t use the IMDB app or browse the ABC news website. I have not been notified of any service issues by Felix, so I assume that this is just what is to be expected from their service. I’ll give it another few days, but if this continues, I won’t be staying.

It’s a shame because I love the concept of felix, and I would be very happy with speeds of 10-20mbps, but 1mbps is not okay.

While we can't guarantee speeds of 20Mbps, we will always give you the highest speed possible up to 20Mbps based on the area that you're in. So easy to set up!

I just joined and the process of starting up was super easy and explained perfectly! They really give you details of everything that will happen and left no question unanswered in the instructions, this was not the situation when starting with my previous provider. I also love the one option plan, this was so easy to compare to other providers and then decide it was right for me!!

Incredible company and almost incredible app.

I love you guys, the best mobile provider I’ve ever been with… I’m a Vodafone guy always have been since 2005 so I’m glad I’m still a part of Vodafone but using Felix with unlimited data is amazing. I don’t think I’ll ever leave you guys. Maybe a bump up to 40Mbps download would be great and I could finally rid myself of using the NBN trash I have. So thank you guys for creating a great service with a great app and real support humans 😂 love you guys. ❤️

Best customer service

Not only was it sooo easy to sign up and get a new SIM card, the customer service they provided after I got the SIM card has been exceptional. When I had issues with updating my payment details, all I had to do was message them on the app and their reply was so quick I was honestly surprised. My previous experience with other telco companies made me feel like I had to wait a day or even more to get a response back, or meant I had to spend hours on the phone being put on hold while waiting to speak to someone. My issue was sorted out within minutes! So pleased with their service

FANTASTIC COMPANY

I just joined Felix this week and after a quick express delivery of my SIM Card, a gorgeous welcome package, and one of the fastest activation processes I have ever experienced, I’m so happy to be a Felix customer! Seriously it took me 30 seconds to scan the barcode and click a button and I was done. The amount of times I’ve had trouble activating SIM’s with other companies. Well none of that hassle here. Everything is done in the app so it feels modern and streamlined to perfection! I can tell a lot of thought and time was put in to making the app shine and it’s so refreshing, it just works, I actually want to open it and use it but given how simple Felix’s single plan option is I don’t think I’ll ever need to!
