Don’t trust this app
I made a small purchase using the app and all went well. So I made a very large purchase using the app and attempted to transfer funds into my PayPal account. Money NEVER SHOWED UP and somehow went missing. Customer service refused to help me and continued to direct me to PayPal. PayPal also gave me the same rundown. I learned a very expensive lesson that I hope you won’t have to learn too. Don’t trust this app. At least not with large purchases.Alexandra2627
Your account has been locked
This app is useful, with a rewards/cash back cc you can earn extra. However since my very first purchase, my account has been getting locked almost every time i go to pay. I had to call in to get my account “verified” and even after going through this verification, my account gets locked and by the next morning my account is unlocked. Great app but unusable.PaidInFullAz
It locks you out when purchasing
You need to wait for someone to unlock it and it happens quite often. It has happened to me seven times already.
When it happens you need to email them and they’d unlock it during regular business hours.
Deals are good, don’t get me wrong. But I’m rating the app and serviceIzeta
Account Keeps Locking Me Out
I want to like this app and give it four stars, but the last few days I’ve tried using the app to make purchases, my account keeps getting locked. When I try to pay or fund my account, my transaction gets canceled and my account is locked. Very frustrating. I hope that there will be a fix for this on the next update.RobAlex34

I found out about this App Slide through a YouTuber and I’m so glad I did.
Making a bunch of purchases and receive 4% back. You can also buy $20 worth of eBay credit and they give you $5 on top of that.

Ok when it works, which is rarely
Side seem like a very cool app, but it has so many problems. The referral system doesn’t work reliably. Your account will get locked. Everything requires a phone call to get resolved. Once you actually speak to someone, the customer service is good. But it’s not worth the hassle to save 4% on gift cards. After this review was initially posted, the developed suggested that I email the help address. I had already done that a week earlier. There was no response. I’d like to take away a star, but I can’t.bg tobacco 22
Best gift card app available
I’m conflicted about telling everyone about this app because when secrets get out, they tend to be less valuable. I also want to make sure they stay in business so I think that it’s more important that I let everyone know how amazing Slide really is. It’s so fast and so easy and highly dependable. I open the app while waiting in line and by the time I’m to the front of the line, I have the exact amount ready. 2 seconds later I’ve typed in the exact amount and have a discounted gift card!inkappsucks
One of the best money saving apps!
I love slide! I use it for instacart purchases most, but who doesn’t like saving 4-6% on their purchases?! And my favorite is taking the cash back and saving it to spoil myself a little. ;) highly recommend!dgubintvj
All I Can Say Is Wow 🤩
Not a review writer normally, but I have to share this. This app gives you 4% cash back on all purchases made through the app. And as if that’s not amazing enough, you get another 1-2% for pre-loading a deposit, but that’s totally optional. I used it all day today and I’m blown away. Completely mind-blown. Better rewards than most credit cards, in my experience. I’m an instant fan. Get. This. App. Now!nealtucker
Worst lying app ever - need to be reported to the FTC
Right off the bat upon sign up… they lied to me. Not just me but everyone else too. Falsifying information to get people to sign up for your app?? Lowest of the low. And I called them out but they did nothing about it, someone responded with some generic email not even acknowledging my concern. These guys need to be reported to the FTC and I’m going to personally take this one up myself. You cannot publicly advertise a deal that you don’t follow through with. Period.JessyLeigh01
