  • Account Locked Multiple Times

    5% cash back is appealing, but they keep banning you from using the app. My account was banned in July, made some phone calls, was working well in August, but be banned again in September. One day later my account got released automatically. You just really need a lot of patience using this app.
  • Best app for rewards

    It’s the easiest and best app rewards getting 5% everytime is crazy plus my credit card rewards!! This is unbeatable, they have so many stores. I have contacted there customer service and they respond fast and solved my issue!
  • Decent app but limitations

    The app has a good concept to help save money but a few shortfalls… one is it has a 10 dollar minimum so not useful for small purchases. Second is when using for online stores the return process is difficult because the funds get returned to the gift card you created at the time of purchase. If you don’t keep the card number then you are stuck.
  • Needs work, but has potential

    The app is a great concept and has the potential to be very useful. The app itself has many technical issues; I have had the app fully freeze on me more times than I can count. Sometimes the buttons to apply cashback lock up during checkout and I have to restart the app. One of my credit cards is not accepted at all as payment for this app. My discover card is accepted, but it refuses to accept my mastercard even though every other online retailer I know of will accept it. If raise fixes the many bugs this app is riddled with and fixes their payment proccessing this could be a great service!

    This app should be way more popular than it is.
    1st: you get 1% by preloading your account with funds. Super easy.
    2nd: you get 4% cash back from any store they list for any amount over $10.
    3rd: the cash back can be applied to discount your next purchase. No minimum threshold limitations!
    4th: the gift cards are sent to you instantly.
    5th: all retailers listed have preappoved this app so the gift cards are guaranteed to work.
    6th: You can buy exact amounts - meaning no extra balance to lose or forget about. No gift card risk!

    What else could you want? Some people are complaining that they want more business to buy cards from, but thats just stupid. Without this app, you wouldn’t have any of them. They already have eBay, AirBnB, Southwest Airlines, Taco Bell, Starbucks, etc... thats a lot of savings!

    Try it out. Its worth the effort.
  • Good option for those willing to take extra steps

    Great option to stack 4-5% on top of other discounts/promos at participating stores. Yes, it requires extra steps, but I have found cashiers do not have a problem with this app as it scans just like any e-gift card would.
  • Worst app and customer service ever

    After having my payment pretty much held hostage on eBay from a giftcard I purchased from slide I tried to get slide customer service to help me to no avail. Their customer service are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I finally was able to use the giftcard after about a week of it being held up so I decided to give slide another chance and what happens? Well they authorize the payment and it gets took off my card but then says payment declined due to suspicious activity. So now another payment is going to be held for who knows how long. Ok yea no, the only activity that’s suspicious is me going round and round with their rude customer service people who will not I repeat will not help u if anything goes wrong. Stay clear from this app. I promise it will save u such a massive future headache. Worst app I’ve ever dealt with.

  • Can do better !!!

    First I have issue with add funds to my account. Later once go in I try to find stores I visit a lot none of them are available and the ones available to use have limit of minimum of 10$. App has lot of potential just need to improve.
  • easy to use, quick rewards 🤑

    My favorite part of this app is that I can stack earning credit card points with earning cash back on the app.

    I most often use it for food delivery (Grubhub, DoorDash, and Uber Eats) but also love that they have companies like Airbnb, Sephora, and Crate & Barrel which are all big spend areas for me.

    I’ve personally never experienced anything buggy with the app and would highly recommend for those looking to earn easy cashback!
  • Unreliable as heck, support is terrible

    This app is great, when it works. The problem is that it is completely unreliable. There are times when you can’t load funds, other times it won’t allow you to make a purchase. Whichever it is, you can bet it won’t be resolved in less than 24 hours. So if you think you can use this tool to quickly make a purchase and use your intended gift card, well the best answer is Maybe. This app would be great if it only worked. And customer service, that’s a joke. If you can ever get through, then quickly run out and buy a lottery ticket because your luck is peaking. So, I can’t recommend this app because it is a major disappointment and we have enough frustration in life without inviting yet another opportunity.
