I cannot login to this app. It constantly cycles me back to the username/password screen every time I sign in. I have repeatedly installed and reinstalled the app. “Great service”fhfiejrij
Dead at Sign In
Last year when I installed the thermostat I downloaded the app and it was good for setting my schedule and looking in on usage data. After recent updates and changing the sign in process this app has become completely USELESS. It will not get passed the sign in. I tried several times to reset the password and end up getting a sign in error every time. They have destroyed this app. Cannot believe the developers released this app that they have rendered absolutely USELESS.Show lessGet wise
Literally a dysfunctional company!
Customer service from the get go was atrocious! Now the app won’t even accept the 6 digit number that THEY SENT TO ME to try and set up an account. Every aspect of this product is horrible! As an architect I will never recommend to any of my clients/ contractors. Way to go you blew it!Jansbok
Schedule is unintuitive
The schedule feature always seem to do the opposite i want. Maybe it’s just me not getting it? If developer reads this please help me understand it. Thankspdiaz3
All the hoopla for nothing!
This app doesn't do much other than provide you with the status of the snow melt system and allow you to turn it on or off. Can't change any of the settings (temperatures, parameters, options etc.). They sent an email announcing the refreshed app as if a large improvement in functionality was forthcoming...Nope, nothing. Just a slightly cleaner interface.Show lessAvakava

If zero stars was an option…Getting worse all the time. Functionality was reduced considerably in the most recent update.
1. I do not and will not use schedule.
2. I do not and will not use home/away
3. I need to see my slab sensors
4. I would prefer simple functionality…show me what my stat shows me.
5. I am not a fan of what seems to be data mining on your part.
Are you trying to kill off the app???
If your going to change things, make it so customers can chose what is important to them.

You Enter Personal Information…. Then Nothing - SCAM?
I unfortunately think this may be a bogus app. You enter your personal information then nothing happens. Tried It several ways. Apple really should pull this app.ms101
Can’t create an account
It requires you to create an account to use the app. I fill out all of the information, and when I select Create at the bottom of the form, it does nothing.VIPRKC
Constant problems
Has to be the worst app ever. Constant problems at Tekmar end. Every couple of months the App stops communicating. Typical fix requires one to deregister if all zones and start over. Very time consuming and as a result becomes expensive. Clients not happy. Always thought Tekmar was top of the line product. Will look for alternatives on all future install projects.Show lesscobbmark
Non functional- request timed out
I keep getting a request timed out when I try to sign in. All my other connected apps work, so I know it is not a connectivity issue.#dogman
