  • Disconnect

    The t’stats at my shore house continually disconnect. I have to keep going back and forth on the settings to get it to reconnect.
    This is a problem for me as the house is 100 miles from my other house. I rely on the t’stats to keep my house from freezing in the winter months. Is there something that can be done?

  • Regarding thermostats

    The app is solid however it is missing some functions. At a minimum, it should have fan intermittent function and not just auto/on.

  • App Updates Are Better

    I thought Watts forgot about this app. But the recent updates are a vast improvement. I was going to replace my floor thermostats with another brand but with the recent app update I decided against it. Good Job Watts

  • SunTouch fail

    Checked all settings and I am connected to Wi-Fi but does not allow me to (re) register. Somehow the registration went away…and in the SunTouch is darkened and not active for me to register and obtain device code…so I can use the App. The SunTouch is ver 1.20. It sure what is going on. And instructions not helpful. Worked and now does not work. Deleted App and reloaded just in case that was the problem.

  • Works on iPhone 14 pro.

    Not a lot of recent reviews on here so I thought I’d share my experience. I have been able to connect all 8 of my 563 Tekmar thermostats and didn’t have any issues with setup or connectivity. I think the login and setup review complaints of the past have been addressed. The app works well and allows remote control of my system as intended. This give me piece of mind to know that my heating system is working while I’m away. As for options or improvements, I would like to see the floor slab temperatures without having to go into each device setting- it would be nice to have this as a display option to show on the main dashboard. Also, it would be nice to have an indicator on the dashboard showing which thermostat is actually heating (rather than just showing the mode that it is set to) and also an indicator of when it is heating to maintain the Minimum Floor temperature. Seems these display options should be easy enough for developers to add to future updates. 🙏🏼👍🏼

  • Getting better

    App is getting better for the snowmelt system (now reports slab temp and is visually more appealing). Would be a huge improvement if the notifications actually notified you of anything. Specifically getting an alert that the system is turning on would be very helpful to better manage energy usage (system can turn on when there is just a light dusting of snow and then runs per programming for hours).

  • A very thin app apparently designed to collect user’s dats

    … to capture data with service to the user a faint afterthought. I expected to see a functional app (like my nest thermostats) but this does little except to show present status. Still have to go to the device to modify schedules. The voluminous information presented details what data Watts collects (a huge amount) and how it shares it with third party partners including the Google data management leviathan. It provides little, if any, real privacy control to the user, except in CA and Canada, and makes it difficult to access. I am sorry I did not review this app’s privacy policies prior to purchasing the thermostat; had I done so I would most likely have purchased a different brand. As it is, I will likely delete it since it’s functionality is so spare.

  • Works great with snowmelt - iPhone 14 pro max

    Have zero issues with the app. Works great with our Wi-Fi snowmelt app! Love the manual start stop, no issues or complaints been using it without issue for about a month. Set up was easy. Thanks!
  • WiFi doesn’t work

    App shows off line when thermostat is on line. Makes it practically useless. Bring back the old app.
