Shopping made easy
First line makes shopping very easy. However, I was unable to find everything that was in their catalog. I do hope they do expand their products.

We appreciate the support you are offering for seniors. Suggestion: It would be beneficial if you could offer supplemental Zinc pills in the vitamin section. That was the only one that was offered.

Needs more products
The ease in ordering is very good. However, the selections of some products is limited such as toothpastes and vitamins. Mini vitamins would be a good offer for those that can’t swallow big pills. I’m sure there are more needed items but understand they can’t offer them all.
Description of Items
It would help if you included the quantity in the description. I found myself having to go back and forth between the catalog and online app to be sure of what I was ordering. I also was disappointed to see that you did not have reachers in the daily living catagory.

I just signed up for FirstLine. I easily found two items we were getting ready to purchase. It was a very easy and to the point process to checkout. Very good benefit and system. Thank you
