  • Love it but…

    I wish you could totally disable the SOS call feature. I am so worried my kids are going to accidentally call 911. I didn’t realize that would be something you could easily do when we purchased this. Additionally school mode would be awesome if it just a watch, like no ability to call or text me. Can you put the watch in airplane mode from the app?

    Love love love this watch my daughter is 7 so this is perfect and at first I had a relay go it was like a speaker walkie talkie the tracking was slow and so I did some research found this watch thru my already phone company and tracking is on point
    One of my daughters friends actually borrowed the watch I ended up tracking it down thru the app and getting it back so it’s perfect

  • Literally LOVE this watch!!

    Was just saying how much I loved it right when the review came up so…. Guess I’ll share my love story. Got this for my now teenager when she was 12, she never wore it bc it was too “kiddy” for her Ana plus she has a cell phone. Well, she’s on punishment and no longer have that cell phone so, how do I keep in contact? Yes, this watch is even better then the phone! I can text, call, track her location, set alarms and so much more, just IN LOVE! Even while the batter is drainer, I can still see where she is, what??!! Wish I would’ve made her wear it sooner lol !!! Highly recommend for all parents, don’t care if they don’t like it, you will… and it will make you feel so much relief, get it!

  • Love it with one flaw

    One big reason for buying this watch was the tracker. So I know when her school bus is close. Or if she’s gone somewhere with a friend I can see where she is….. 9 times our of 10 the last few months her watch says she’s still at school but she calls me that she’s already at the bus stop. Live tracking use to work great but now it always says can’t connect.

  • Hmm

    I need help, I had some issues with my first watch not working but I figures it out eventually on tmobile support for 2 hours. After it worked my son lost it in the house, so I just bought another one and I cant set it up or pair it. It is just stuck on weak signal find a better spot. The pairing screen doesnt even have a chance to come 🙄 If everything worked properly its a great concept. I cant even find any reviews on someone else with a similar experience. The mail dropped off my new watch an hour ago 🫤 out the box doesnt work

  • Great Tracker!

    My daughter, grandson and I all love the watch! I bought it for my grandson for his 8th birthday. He likes being able to text and call his contacts and the little games. He also likes the other features, too. My daughter and I love that we can track him wherever he is. It’s so accurate, that I can pinpoint where he is within a few feet! Great safety feature!

  • Excellent App. Excellent Watch.

    finally, T-mobile came up with a solution that works. Previously I had bought a Timex connect. Watch it work briefly for 3 months and then I deactivated it, a month later when I wanted to reactivate it T-Mobile said that they could not reactivate it again which means that i paid 300$ for absolutely nothing. I purchased the Syncup Kids watch and it works great.

  • Only one admin account is disappointing.

    4 out of 5 because the lack of 2 admin accounts, only an admin can add phone numbers to the watch from their phone, making adding numbers from a partners phone more tedious. Other than that issue the app seems pretty solid, easy to understand and use.
  • Amazing starter iPhone

    I absolutely love the kids watch my son is seven he’s involved in sports any also calling goes to his fathers every other weekend with his three-year-old brother it’s such a nice feeling now that he can text me on his own and call me or I can call him and I don’t have to wait for a reply back or maybe not get a message at all if it goes to the fathers phoneIt gives him a little bit of independence I like that there’s no Internet he can play some games and that’s just enough I like that I can control it and it gives him responsibility and for the price it is a month it’s absolutely worth it

  • Selling lies

    I bought the watch and spent 2 hours at the retail store and the retail salesperson that sold me the watch which work for T-Mobile had to call an tech to get it set up since after I was charged for the device left there and they said the app issue will be resolve and nothing was fixed updated phone plus app itself turned off my phone and turned it back on I deleted the app and downloaded it again and nothing was fix at all and there’s a lot of reviews about issues about since August on the internet if you search for reviews so if you thinking getting your kid this watch it will be waste of money and time they are selling dreams and it’s disappointing that I bought this for my son as a birthday gift so what they told me was that I had to wait 72 hours that’s 3 days that a kid would be without his gift.
