  • Perfect alternative,

    Love the watches for my kids (10 and 11) who need to communicate with parents and caregivers but are often too young for actual cell phones with internet and open dialing. Cell phones can get lost, stolen or broke and becomes quite a headache. I’ve had 2 of these since 10/7 with no issues until today. One my my kids watches won’t get out of school mode. I have faith the dev team will get me fixed up since these are fairly new in the market. Other than that would and have recommended to friends with kids as young as 6. Tech babies r us!!

  • Almost There

    Love the concept of this tech and it works well overall. There are still issues with the live tracking location of a specific spot in our town than can’t seem to be fixed. This causes an average of a 4 hour delay in updating the gps location when the watch is in this specific building. Works in real time for gps tracking everywhere else.

  • I love the control and visibility

    I love that I can reach my kids when they are away as I co parent, I can see where they are and can engage with them on multiple levels.

    I also love the control over who calls them ABS who they call, the notifications on where they are and when they leave plus the Sos button. Makes me feel calmer
  • Excellent product

    We weren’t ready to give our eight-year-old a phone but he needed some way to contact us while at friends houses are walking home from school just for his peace of mind and we love this product. We can see right where he is and know that he’s safe. He can communicate with his family members and receive texts from us. Let’s face it, this world is a technology world, and we don’t want him left behind because he cannot communicate. The perfect in between phone and no phone.

  • Some issues with the app

    I’ve had this watch for a few weeks now for my child. While I do love it, I’ve also had problems with the Live Tracking and Virtual Boundaries features. I’ve reported these on several occasions in the app, but have yet to get an update. The Live Tracking feature usually (almost always) gives me an error and states it “can not connect to the watch to start live tracking.” I’ve also had the location refresh setting at the recommended 30 minutes, however, the app will sometimes go hours without refreshing and reporting my child’s location. As for my virtual boundaries, I have 3. Without fail, each time I have saved my preferred dates/times specific to each location, the app makes changes. I BEG you to fix these problems in your app!

Live Tracking may not be available if the watch is in a location with no signal coverage. However, if you continue to see this for all locations please report to us in the app and we can look into it.   • Love it, but am looking for a little more…

    I wish I could see what my child is doing (who texting/calling) on the app. Also the “real time” tracking seems to take a while to update. I don’t like seeing a location from 7min ago (let’s say). I prefer real time! Understanding it could be a network issue.
  • Doesn’t perform up to par

    So my son has been wearing this watch for about a year and half. The location tracker is hardly ever where he is actually at. He started wearing this watch in elementary school. I know he’s there but sometimes the watch location says he’s blocks away. I know it has to do with reception of the watch but being 4 or 5 blocks away from where he’s actually at is not good. Sometimes it’s a mile away! I’ve set up the school mode but it doesn’t seem to work every time so I have to manually go into the app every morning and make sure it’s on. I’ve been with T-Mobile for 14 years and this watch is really not worth the money.

  • SyncUP KIDS app down!!!

    The app has been acting up since the last update about a week ago. Now it’s completely inaccessible saying it can not access SyncUP services and stays stuck on start up characters screen. I’ve restarted the app, restarted my iPhone, re-downloaded the app and it still does the same thing. All my internet and network setting are fine, all my other apps work fine. Please fix this issue ASAP! The whole point of buying the watch is so we can track our kids thru this app and have peace of mind. Thank you!

  • Sync up Rocks!

    My family and I recently relocated , and our two older children have cell phones. So we were looking into options for our two younger children ages 8 and 9. We have service with Teen Mobile so it just made sense! There was no wait and for the price and the relief of knowing where your littles are and having the ability to contact them and vice versa, without the stress of internet access! Whew! I cannot rave enough. Sync Up will not disappoint!

  • Thankful for this option!

    As a mom of three it is super important to always be a phone call away, however technology is something iI would rather leave behind as long as possible for my kids! This is a great option to have contact with my kids while not having to worry about all the other stuff that comes with a
