  • New app made my vacuum no longer work

    I have the Yeedi vacuum and mop station. Worked great other than my map in the app would disappear every once in a while and I would have to run the vacuum to map the house again. But other than that, I had no complaints. Then the app updated…it kept telling me that my vacuum was disconnected. So, I deleted the vacuum to re-pair the vacuum to the app. All I get is errors. I’ve been emailing back and forth with the company and I was told that my vacuum is broken and they refuse to replace. I wanted more specific answers than “broken” but received none. The only solution they gave me was to buy a refurbished once since they know the robots are expensive. I was not happy. I know that the vacuum itself is fine, it’s an issue with the app. But the company won’t listen.
  • App locks up must use app to operate robot

    When this app locks up, you have to uninstall, then reinstall, therefore losing your data of the map area. Several reinstall of the app did not fix the lock up problem. I can only hope this is not a permanent condition.
    The vacuum itself last about one year before malfunctioning. I did receive a replacement under warranty. I am on my third one. This will be my last yeedi. The mop is useless because it just smears the floors. Animal hair does not empty out of the collector box that must be manually emptied daily, regardless of the empty station.
  • App no longer working for mop station pro

    After the recent update, the app no longer notifies if cleaning is complete, the mopping plates are stuck, there is not enough clean water, etc. The complete redesign of the app also no longer shows the the areas that have been cleaned while the robot is working. I wish the developers put out a survey on the app to see what changes their users wanted before pushing out a new unnecessary redesign. The app icon is also no longer aesthetic. My robot constantly gets lost even though I have remapped my space twice per the support team’s recommendation. Very dissatisfied.
  • Nice and easy

    Been having this bad boy working overtime for 6 months straight!! 3 dogs 3 cats and works like a charm! I refill the water tank daily, it cleans the whole house exept rooms (those are done every 3 days) if you using the mop attachment make sure you have extras if you use it heavily like us, pop it out, throw it in the washer and put a new one in and keep them in rotation, it literally saves us so much time cleaning.
  • Has no idea what time or day it is

    Despite the fact that this app is on my phone, which has constant updates to the date and time, this application doesn’t seem to be able to keep track of what day or time it is and consistently tells me that my next scheduled task is on the wrong day even though it’s scheduled properly. It also starts the task an hour late according to the schedule. None of this makes any sense other than that it seems to be working OK.
  • I love my Yeedi

    I use the Yeedi Pro 2 for washing floors and the Yeedi Vac 1 for vacuuming. After a month, I could not happily live without them.

    Initially, I had to invest a lot of time and effort to understand the software and how to maximize the utility of each Yeedi for my needs trying out various software/hardware features.

    Even though I have to monitor the Yeedis, rinse out the mopping pad frequently, empty and clean the dust bins, they save me a ton of time and effort. My floors look great, pet hair is successfully cleaned up, and generally it looks like my cleaning person just left.
  • I had the old robot. The new one has had nothing but problems.

    I had the old yeedi vacuum pro station. Which, by the way, was great so I was thinking. Hey, it would be awesome to get the new one because it has the mop scrubbing feature. However, I’ve had nothing but problems ever since I switched they need to update the app and fix the Wi-Fi on the Vacuum. I have Wi-Fi and every major room two in the largest room and still are having problems. I would love for you guys to fix the app and the yeedi Vacuum two pro. I will be happy to update this review. If you can get the bugs fixed thank you :-)
  • App makes it so you can’t use bot!

    Fix bug on app! Unless I want my whole house cleaned by pressing button on station, I can’t use it. Usually I am able to get it to work, even with dumb error and loading icon on the screen, but other times, it’s just frozen and I can’t do anything. So annoying! These things aren’t cheap!
    Bot itself does an okay job. It’s definitely not meant for deep cleaning but it’s what’s expected from robot vacs and mops.
  • Shoddy App Quality

    Outside of my issues with the vacuum itself this app is frustrating. Firstly, every time I open the app I have to wait 5 seconds through an ADVERTISEMENT for a different vacuum! They put adware on their own app to sell me another vacuum! Infuriating, I already bought the vacuum, I should be able to use app ad free. Secondly, if you open the app after the robot returns to the cleaning station, the app thinks the robot is still in mid-cleaning cycle. I have to exit the cleaning mode and re enter.

    Outside of the app, the vacuum is frustrating and does not perform well. I probably wouldn’t recommend this brand to a friend.
  • Does NOT map and horrible customer service

    We have had the Yeedi robot vacuum since November, 2022. The robot actually vacuums and mops very well but can NOT map our small one story house. We have corresponded with the company dozens of times via email - there is no customer service phone number. We have tried everything they’ve asked us to do but the map function does not work. Finally Yeedi was very kind to offer us a new vacuum. They asked for our mailing address but we never received the vacuum. We subsequently reached out to them and, once again, the assured us that they were mailing us a new vacuum. Weeks later Yeedi wrote to us stating that we had already returned our vacuum and they would not be sending us a new vacuum. For weeks I have been providing Yeedi with screenshots of maps and vacuum photos of our vacuum that they now claim that we don’t have. Unless you want to spend months of frustration, do NOT deal with this company.
