Advertisements
You've paid for the product in full. You've installed the mobile application that is *required* to operate the device. And after that, they force advertisements on you to try and get you to promote them on social media #springcleaningwithyeedi because they don't want to run their own marketing (or their marketing manager is so braindeas that they think this is a productive strategy). The programmers do not care about you. They do not have the spine to stand up to management. They are not worthy of recognition or praise. The coders of this application have sold you out and sold out their integrity. Don't buy itdudnnsjdss
No advertisements
Recently, the app has started running advertisements when I open it to engage my yeedi. I have already purchased the product. I do not want to see advertisements every time I use it. This makes the app less streamlined and cumbersome. Please take the advertisements off of the app or give us an option to turn the advertisements off.SafeMom
Yeedi vac/mop station
I agree about logging in & no support, no help. I’ve been trying to get this thing logged in & programmed for mapping & mopping.
I THINK it’s a good product, but not all of us were raised with computers & cell phones. Us oldies, who really need an assist with cleaning, need HELP with programming the darn thing.Unaccepting
App disconnected from vacuum
Randomly 2 days ago all of our apps (across 3 different devices) now show our robot is “offline” when it is clearly not - it works fine by manually pressing the button on the top of the vacuum. Very frustrating!Poncho-Dorito
I love it
I love this little helper. It mapped my home perfectly and gets every tight spot along my baseboards. I have tile and wood flooring with 4 hairy pets lol This little yeedi has been a god sendDelanapinky
Great vacuum robot great app
Both vacuum and the app are comparable to my irobot roomba. And even bettrt. And it has a mop, something that is unique to yeedi. I love itgeekogenius
App needs work
I have had my yeedi for almost a year and
Was really hoping the app would get the upgrades that were promised in August of 2022. Still can’t create “rooms” on an open floor plan or map multiple floors. Vacuum ignores the boundaries I’ve set and continues to give messages that the main brush is tangled even when it isn’t. Developers, you are long overdue to make improvements. I am about ready to dump this in favor of another brand that stays up to date on their software.Spurvey
Doesn’t work
Setting the Yeedi robot to a timed schedule in the app doesn’t translate to the vacuum actually powering on at that time. Additionally, whether the vacuum is running or not the app regularly displays that the vacuum is “offline” even though it’s clearly working.ChanceRly
Vacuum is great
It’s a bit of work to get it set up, but once you do, it maps well, returns to dock, empties itself, I’ve had a bit of challenge to keep it out of one room, but customer service has been very helpful. I had a roomba before and this is so much better!happyvac
App is frustrating
I have a large floor plan that consists of hard wood and carpeting and it won’t let me break the room up. I even tried to lay down objects during the mapping process so it thought there was a wall between the two rooms but that didn’t work either…. Frustrating.Rhods_18
