Vacuum works pretty good but…..
The app is basic. I have an open floor plan. When the vacuum mapped my house, it only said I have 2 rooms in my whole downstairs. The app doesn’t give you the option to divide your rooms manually so I can’t set a schedule to do carpeted rooms at one time and tiled rooms at another. I have such a large floor plan that the robot often cannot finish the whole floor in one swipe. Also, I have to remove and reinstall the mop pad all the time because I cannot just schedule the tile separately from the carpet. C’mon Yeedi!!!! Take a page out of Roomba’s playbook and fix your app!C_R_F_1978
Can’t get past login!
This app requires a login, but the app doesn’t allow you to create a login so you have to go to the website and create one. Once you create a login and go back to the app it says the login doesn’t exist. I’ve made several logins with different email addresses and none of them work with the app! So I contact “customer support” and they tell me to create a login. Honestly what a ridiculous way to lose customers. The vacuum itself is very good. I can get it to work without the app by just pushing the power button, however I can’t program it to do anything but bounce around with no particular pattern. This app and customer service is just terrible. It’s really a shame because they have a decent product. I should’ve listened to my friends and bought a Romba.deesonggirl
Great Vac …App is lying
The sell point is that you can control it through WiFi - after paying someone to come out to switch my WiFi set up so I could link it to the app - I find that the App doesn’t do anything that it says it does. All I can do is turn the thing on. There is no zone control or anything else visible. Too bad as I was going totally recommend to everyone over Roomba. If you just want something that vacuums, it’s a great buy for now.Me gma
Screwed up
I have uninstalled several times with the same results. It does not give me any options whatsoever and the machine goes over areas at least 3x each time I run it. Now the app doesn’t even look the same as before. I have a “ do not disturb screen” and a “continuous clean “ screen that’s it!!!! So not happy with this app
Finally got it to work but now after a week of using app it won’t even load. Reloaded and still nothingkbcbabs
Great little sucker
The vacuum itself is pretty wonderful. It’s not the smartest object but none of them seem to be. But the app is horrible. You can’t schedule cleaning times or at least I haven’t figured out how. I can’t have it just do just the perimeter run and it could use a little help in that area. The biggest problem I have is the battery dies way too fast, it’s only been lasting 38-40 min after charging overnight? So I have to run it twice after it charges for 2 hours. It says the battery is supposed to last 60 min?Collin_6
New Version is trash!
The most updated version of the app is awful. It makes the app completely useless. It always says the data has timed out or that the robot is offline even though it is running. The app is the frustrating part about the user experience honestly. The robot isn’t super smart but it gets the job done well enough but the app needs improved big time!dmp2010
Works great for me
I don’t know if these are old reviews or what and that’s why it has such a bad rating, but it’s been working great for me. When I first set everything up I turned the 5GHz off so it would only pick up the 2.4GHz. A lot of WiFi sync products only work on 2.4 like lights and ect. Neither the app nor the product is as advertised
When the app is downloaded it does not have the features shown here. It only has an auto on which turns it on and starts the cleaning cycle, cleaning record which is supposed to show the path the robot took but only show up if it completes the full cleaning cycle, and a page for messages. It does not have spot, edge, it does not have any option to schedule. There needs to be more information. Does it require several mapping sessions before these features become available? I don’t know but if I don’t figure it out soon it’s going to be returned for a refund.ddhinaustin
Vacuum great app not so much
After attempting to register for about 48 hours it finally did it. I was about to return it before I figured I’d try one more time, and luckily it worked! Hopefully it doesn’t log me out like some of the other, without the app it’s pretty much a basic robot vacuum. 1st world problems 🤣 but for the price to me it seems the app should be the easiest thing to fix. Worst app ever.
Trying to register account and can’t even submit email and password. I’ve tried with cellular off and 2g wifi. I’ve also tried with wifi off. Nothing works! I’m so annoyed right now. And their customer service is a joke. For something so expensive they should have a phone number to call. I can’t use the robot without the app so do I just return it?Alexapie
