  • Terrible App OKAY Airline

    There have been numerous occasions where I’ve been directed to click a link from the Breeze support email and I get a never ending loading circle. Whether it be for checking in, or trying to change my flight, the app is barely usable and should be quite the embarrassment to whoever developed it because you should at least be able to open it up. The company only allows customer service through text and GO FIGURE in order to get customer service you have to go through the app which doesn’t work. The only time their services do work is if you use a PC. This company does the bare minimum with everything they do and does not by any means even slightly attempt to improve the user experience because they get away with it for the cheaper flights. I’m sure the price point is what drives people to Breeze but they only care about making the most money possible and reducing most costs possible by providing some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Only use Breeze if you are willing to deal with a money hungry shill company that only cares about itself and not the customers. The management at the smaller airports such as Vero Beach is utterly atrocious as well. Keep your expectations very low for this company.

  • No customer Service

    I will only fly this airline to use my points/credits. There is no customer service for this airline… Literally. There is a chat that is supposedly available 24 seven and I’ve waited up to 11 hours for a response and there is nobody at the desk at the airport for 45 minutes before flight so if you have a problem I need assistance from Breeze for your trip that you are at the airport for, it’s impossible. Due to this I missed a flight that left 11 minutes early and within minutes was told that I couldn’t get credit or a refund for that flight. There was no time to even investigate the circumstances when I got that quick response and was dismissed with a “we will no longer be responding to this chat”. I initiated another chat and asked for a refund for the flight that was scheduled for my return and I got the same response

    Breeze is hands down one of the best airlines to fly with today. The level of comfort is top-notch, and the planes are modern and well-maintained. I’m especially thrilled that they offer an upgraded, truly first-class experience—a luxury that many airlines have abandoned. It’s a perk I’ve missed, and Breeze has brought it back in a big way.

    But here’s the kicker: the prices! I almost don’t want to mention it because they’re so good, and I fly frequently enough to appreciate the value I’m getting. Breeze, I’m begging you—keep those fares affordable and don’t fall into the trap of overcharging. I want to keep enjoying my flights with you and not regret writing this glowing review! Keep up the great work, and please stay true to what makes you stand out in the crowded skies.

  • Simply the best low cost airline

    I’ve flown other low cost airlines and Breeze is the best! Their schedules meet my needs. They have what is the equivalent of first class seating for less than economy prices on full cost airlines and the seating even in economy is better than in most other low cost airlines. Breeze comes to my local municipal airport which is 15 minutes from my house and the flight crew has always been very accommodating. I always try to fly Breeze before trying any other airline.

  • A little buggy, but eventually got through

    I think someone else was booking the same seats as I was because my payment would not go through after multiple attempts, but with no errors or missing data. When I logged back in to try again, some of the seats I had selected were no longer available and when I continued payment different seats it went through on the first attempt. I also experienced issues getting through the baggage section but that did not require logging out and getting back in, just patience.

  • Mightmare!

    I have been on my computer for five hours trying to make this reservation. The first one went through. OK I got the breeze credit card and used it but then it wouldn’t take it the second time for the other reservation so it is and I kept getting a message saying I couldn’t link my, customer number with my credit card my new credit card to breeze because there was a an error but I went through all the steps with customer service again and the same thing is happening. I’ve done it five or six times and it keeps giving me the same message and I am sure that my temporary number is correct because I posted it. I copied it and posted so I don’t know what the problem is, but apparently it’s on your end. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airlline

  • Awesome experience!!

    Earlier this year, I purchased a ticket for my daughter to come down for Christmas break, but she was unable to make the trip so we had to cancel the flight. I was really concerned that I would be charged outrageous fees, or lose my ticket all together, but I was extremely happy to find that breeze allowed me to bank my unused ticket so I could use it for another time in the future. Today I went online to purchase another ticket for my daughter, using my existing points and expected to have a lot of difficulty and expected to have to talk to support to get this accomplished. To my Great, I was able to easily pick a new flight and purchase the flight with my existing Breeze pointswithout ever having to talk to anyone. This was definitely the easiest online reservation that I’ve ever made. Also, did I tell you how cheap the ticket was!!?? This is definitely our new airline! Thank you, Breezy for providing such a great service!

  • Dream vacation Ruined and thousands lost

    I would like to share my absolute horror story with everyone,I booked a dream vacation for my children and myself,Booked airline tickets on breeze thru kiwi,com,We arrived at the airport our departure day only to find out we had a small delay,Then another,And another,We we’re finally loaded on a plane to sit for an hour only to have the pilot come out and say that we missed our window to land at our arrival airport,Neither Breeze or Kiwi would answer any of my emails or calls,No offer of room or food vouchers,Our dream vacation is now half over and he haven’t even been there yet,My kids are devastated,I saved 2 years for this vacation as a single parent and they don’t even care

  • It’s a Breeze with Breeze! 🥰🥳

    From booking, purchasing, canceling due to ER, and then repurchasing at a later date-it’s a breeze!
    The staff at the ticket counter and terminal are very nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Onboard, the team is top notch service all the way. Not had a late or delayed flight yet. The planes are new, sleek, modern designs, very comfortable seats, kept very clean, excellent options for food and drinks. Everyone is happy, welcoming, positive attitude and very polite.
    I give Breeze 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Point to point travel is the best

    Hub and spoke airline travel is terrible today. I fly at least once a month and for the last two years post Covid socialism society, I have had countless sleepless nights from missing connections. With breeze there is no missing connections because they have “breeze through” on most of their flights. I will only fly breeze and southwest as they are called point to point airline carriers until the major airlines can properly staff their airlines. I have had zero issues on now ten breeze flights In the last three months other than no WiFi on two planes and one plane was three hours late, but at least I didn’t have to spend the night in some unknown area, I was close to home and it wasn’t a big deal.
