Excellent app and vary responsive company

I have enjoyed working the physicians and coaches of calibrate. They have been vary responsive. I have had to switch medication several times as well as get prior authorizations from my insurance company. They have navigated the complexity of this seamlessly. Overall, very pleased with my experience

I feel like this app is “old looking.” It should be more apparent on how to get to the message sending/reading functionality. When trying to fill out my daily red foods, sleep, etc. I am unable to do more than 1 day at a time easily. The app could definitely be more modern and user friendly.

Not worth it - worst customer support

Two times has my Rx not been filled (a responsibility that is owned by Calibrate) and their Customer Support team is unreachable. Had to reach out to multiple employees via LinkedIn to get a response, causing me to lose a month of my Rx. Once they assured it wouldn’t happen again, guess what situation I’m in today? Insane wait times and I get an email saying to check the app for my support response but, oh wait, “failure to load” response message. Guess I’ll be going another month with out my Rx - something I’m paying Calibrate to write - and who knows when I’ll be able to actually talk to someone in a proper timeframe. I feel SO bad for the CX team because this is a leadership problem, not the agents problem. They need to really reasses their communications, staffing, and tech improvements and get organized to ensure their paying customers aren’t in these situations in the first place.

Run, don’t walk, away from this as a resolution to your Rx needs.

Still waiting…

I’ve complained about this a lot, and welp. It’s still not fixed. The OG app worked. The new one has NEVER worked. Connections between Apple health and the app remain broken. To view support messages I still have to uninstall and reinstall the app. (Support reached out about the latter and gave me several ways to force it to work without uninstalling that well… didn’t work.) I hate everything about the not-so-new app. Can we not go back to the old one? I feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth by having difficulty connecting my activity, seeing support messages, seeing my classes, tracking my food, connecting with coaches, I can’t get access to medications or anything, idk why I’ve paid so much for something that isn’t working well enough for me to check in daily like I did with the old app. I have wasted so much money on this company.

App is easy to navigate

The Calibrate app is easy to navigate. As far as tracking your weight, red foods and energy, it takes seconds. I know that my coach appreciates me taking the time so she can help me reach my goals. Plus the fact that I can go back and track these things (including my goal) if I forget.
The curriculum is unlocked every two weeks so I don’t feel overwhelmed by seeing all of it at once.
My coaching sessions show up in the appointment tab so I always know what’s coming next. The reminders 24 hours and 90 minutes have all the information I need; including the Zoom link.

Zero Stars!

Edit: If you can respond here in a few hours to a negative review, why does it take weeks for a paying customer. Your priorities are backwards. Help the paying customer and you will have less negative reviews.

My experience so far. I signed up because of a personal recommendation from before the app. That was the only part that has been simple, and expected. It’s been downhill from there. Signed up for the welcome event. Technical issues. No sound. In a text chat I was told a link to a recording would be sent out. It never was. Okay, you let that go. They ask about labs, I provided what I had completed over the last 6 months, and was informed I needed one more thing. Fine, went and had that done. Radio silence. A MONTH LATER they say I need more labs. A MONTH LATER they send the order. Over a month after all labs are complete, still nothing. Ask for a refund, magical communication saying no refund. Do not trust a company that you cannot communicate with when it comes to your health. I’m leaning towards legal action since none of the services paid for in full have been provided.

Disconnect between Health Information Tech and Medical Care?

I am hopeful that this app does NOT represent the information that the Calibrate clinicians review to provide medical support for this program. Here is why I say this - the app no longer includes Lab results - there is a place for lab results, but they are missing. The app does not include all the trended data from the scale - in my case, it includes only the last month of data. All other indicators such as waist measurements are gone from the app. Supposedly, Medical Check-ins come through the app. Have only received one message in 6 months. And that was just a few days before Calibrate stopped my Ozempic prescription - cold turkey. Learned they were stopping the prescriptions from PillPack. Medical team from Calibrate sends a msg through the app saying congrats, your BMI is just below 25, that’s why you no longer need to take Ozempic - a “cold turkey stop”. What about all the other indicators such as labs - glucose, A1C, waist msmts, etc. etc……am afraid that data may have disappeared from the clinicians view - it has disappeared from my view. Health information technology is really important to clinical care…without clinical data, and in the absence of physically seeing a patient, how do the clinicians actually be effective? Data is important…isn’t it? I hope your clinicians have access to all my data, as I don’t have access to it in this app anymore…..

Alternatives to Calibrate
