Half the time when I try to get on it I can’t get anything to load, it just says error
App doesn’t work
The app glitches ridiculously. Nothing loads properly. The actual website works great but the app needs a lot of work.
Terrible app, always glitching
Every time I use this app, put things in my cart or add things to my wishlist or “loved” list, it kicks it out. Not efficient and a waste of time.
Please fix
Love the store but not the app. You have to delete things from your cart multiple times and it still comes back. Now the issue that I’m having is not being able to add new things to my cart.
Lots of bugs
Has been needing improvement for months now. I won’t be shopping online anymore because it is so difficult to do so.
The worst part is the cart feature, which dosent always let me add products that I want and when I remove products, then they appear again next time I open my cart.

Barely functional
Can’t keep cart update. Can only take items out of cart, can’t add new items to cart. I could overlook the glitches before, but now the app practically isn’t usable.

I’m so happy there’s finally an app! One of the most annoying things though if you have to delete items in your cart that you no longer want multiple times, even upon closing the app and reopening. It’s very annoying and doesn’t seem to save your most up-to-date cart. Please fix and then the app will be much better!!!

Doesn’t work
Photos don’t show up, and when i click to shop and choose a category it says its failed to load. My friends does the same thing at her house. I really wanted to buy some things but i can’t due to the website
Kinda horrible
I love their jewelry, but the app works terrible for me! Even after clearing my tabs and shutting my phone down the cart adds back everything I remove, and it won’t let me add anything. So every time I switch from my bag to my likes it puts everything I removed from bag back and won’t let me add anything else! Y’all need to fix this app it is so glitchy and super frustrating. 1⭐️
