If I wasn’t forced to use this app I would delete it
Have to use this app to receive my tips from work. Customer service is a nightmare, replacing your card is a nightmare, even if your card expires and they said they’re sending a replacement.. they won’t. Money will randomly be taken from you and then you have to go through the customer service and not have access to YOUR MONEY for 5-7 business days. It’s disgusting. They’ve just updated it so every time you want to transfer your tips into a bank account, now you have to reverify the last 3 digits on the back of your card. They’ve just made the entire system useless and I cannot wait to quit my job and never use this app again. Their customer service office is in the middle of India so good luck explaining your issues with them. Just ask for a manger right away so you don’t waste your time and energy.

I’ve used this card now for 4 yrs. now. The online app has improved. I lost my card recently and tried to order one from the app which it advises you to do. I went through all the steps and it didn’t work for me. Ended up having to call customer service which was helpful I thought. After paying for rapid return and no card in the mail, I called back into customer service. The lady I spoke to verified my current address with me and advised me if I hadn’t received it by the end of the day to call back and they would issue and send out a new one a few days later still no card called back to Customer Service. This time I was made aware that my card had been delivered. Only it was to my old address. Apparently when I change the address on my account. That didn’t change the mailing address on my account. Long story short the first agent I spoke to should have told me the first card had been delivered and verified both physical and mailing address if they had of, I wouldn’t had to wait so long for my card. It took me about two weeks to receive it after paying for 1 to 2 day delivery. It really put me in a spot seeing as how my paycheck went on this card. I didn’t have a bank account. At the time, but I do now! Never have all your eggs in one basket! That’s my complaint. Don’t know if that will help anything but have a good day

It’s all right
It’s an OK app for those who don’t got cash app the reason I downloaded the app because I went to a summer program where they was paying you a month. That’s the reason I downloaded the app. The summer program is called Project create real great program if you want to be a content, creator or graphic designer, if your 12th grade year, if you want to join in the Baton Rouge area I’m pretty sure they expand every in every area 12th graders will have to receive a college acceptance letter to get into the program I think the other grades are good. The reason why 12th graders have to do that because their graduating high school.

Cancellation of a transaction
They had lied to me about a cancellation of a transaction an employee said he cancelled the transaction and said it’s goin to take 1 business day for the transfer to be cancelled and the funds will load back up in the card, so I waited a whole business day and no money was loaded into my card so I called again and a different employee answered and it was a female employee named Amy and she told me that there was no cancellation of an transaction . Once she told me that I was upset and mad the male employee told me he canceled the Transaction but didn’t do it so Amy filed a cancellation report and said it’s goin to take 1 business day so I waited again for 1 business day to pass on . Once it hits a full business day there was no money in my card again so now I can’t believe that the employees were lying to me . Saying it’s goin to take 1 business day I wait for 2 days in a row for my money to load on the card and I call again and they said it’s goin to take another business day for the funds load back in their so I hope the funds are transferred back to the card and I want to have this funds loaded back into my account of the card . An if I don’t imma sue y’all .

Cannot add card. Customer service isn’t
Cannot add card in app. Somewhere in their system is a mismatch of information. Missing information cannot be updated in the app. Can update the website but it does not translate to the app. And in the end I still can’t add the card on the website either. Customer service idea of “fixing” the problem is to wait 24-48 for everything to update. 2 weeks later we still have the same problem. I didn’t ask for this card it was pushed on me. Fine. But because it app does not work it is an inconvenience. “Supervisor” did not know the difference between logging into account and viewing card info in account. Kept trying to make me reset password. Asked for another supervisor and was transferred back to the same rep who transferred me to the “supervisor”. Neither of them seem to have any clue about an IT department.

Lost over $500
Lost over $500+ and they didn’t do anything.
At one point they purposely ignored what we were saying even when they heard us. The amount of times we had to call and ask about the case we were denied the reason onto why we couldn’t get help since I had things to pay and nothing. They never gave me a reason why I was denied help for money that was stolen from me. Let it be noted that I had my card with me at all times and no one knew my pin and yet someone deposited over $500 a couple of hours after I got paid. Which is a weird coincidence. Not only that but the behavior of the helpers was also rude and unhelpful. That includes hanging up and pretending that they couldn’t hear me. Both my brother and I tried to call them again and still we had through through a couple of multiple people who repeated the same things over and over again. In short I would not recommend using this. At all. I had to reopen my case and it’s been ongoing for months.

I’ve had this card for some months now and when I add my money I work for to it I usually get it the same day but if I leave it over night on the card as I did twice I’ve been robbed. I made it aware to the company both times and the first dispute I found out months after(from me asking) that it was denied and closed. The second time I basically just yelled and argued with the person I spoke to cause he didn’t like my opinion of the card and company calling them scammers and thieves. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I got questioned why and when I gave my answer the person told me I would have the call disconnected is I kept yelling at them and then if I asked for their supervisor again. Like what? I should be able to speak to someone else, including the higher up. Now I’m scared to even use this card again when the new and “improved” comes in. I honestly hope no one else goes through what I have.
