Poor service

Had worst experience ever with banking organization rapid basically called me a liar and thief by way I’m professional that has put thousands on this card in over year
Someone made duplicate card and took 240 dollars from me I reported even did written letter and changed cards RAPID
denied saying not enough evidence
Wow insurance surely cover 240 dollars not to mention you questioned my character as customer RAPID also use reps unfortunately that English understanding and expressing is difficult for customer to follow . Which also reps are not good resolution or listening skills worst service I ever encountered

Satisfied Customer

I’ve used this card now for 4 yrs. now. The online app has improved. I lost my card recently and tried to order one from the app which it advises you to do. I went through all the steps and it didn’t work for me. Ended up having to call customer service which was helpful I thought. After paying for rapid return and no card in the mail, I called back into customer service. The lady I spoke to verified my current address with me and advised me if I hadn’t received it by the end of the day to call back and they would issue and send out a new one a few days later still no card called back to Customer Service. This time I was made aware that my card had been delivered. Only it was to my old address. Apparently when I change the address on my account. That didn’t change the mailing address on my account. Long story short the first agent I spoke to should have told me the first card had been delivered and verified both physical and mailing address if they had of, I wouldn’t had to wait so long for my card. It took me about two weeks to receive it after paying for 1 to 2 day delivery. It really put me in a spot seeing as how my paycheck went on this card. I didn’t have a bank account. At the time, but I do now! Never have all your eggs in one basket! That’s my complaint. Don’t know if that will help anything but have a good day

Worst Account Ever

The Rapid Pay account is so useless. I tried to set up my account but it wouldn’t activate online so I had to call the number and activate my card. No problem I tried to call and see why it would not allow me to set up online access but when I questioned it the representative would say I’m not able to see why you can’t set it up you must be entering something wrong, and I couldn’t get what information I was entering wrong or they would hang up on me when I would ask what information was wrong! This was back in December. Now I’m constantly getting locked out of my card, they don’t have it so I can set up my bank account to transfer funds to my bank and the customer service is horrible so I don’t want to call! Don’t waste your time with Rapid or any of their affiliated companies. Green dot I’m talking about you.

Beyond Satisfied

I first used RapidFS in 2017 after starting a new contract in a new city. It was an easy and inexpensive way for my employer to pay me, and transferring the funds to my account was a snap. Once I started using the RapidFS app I realized I didn’t need the other bank account. The re-brand to RapidPay and the RapidPay app only made things better. The InGo integration rocks but the custom card feature is my favorite. I’ve only had to call customer service twice because of fraud alerts that turned out to be me. Both reps I spoke to were incredibly polite, helpful and fixed the issue quick.

Volatile timing & careless staff

I have been using Rapid! for a few months now. The business model is in the name; “rapid” yet their services are anything but. You can never count on your money being available at 10am when they claim it will be. Could be earlier, most of the time it’s much later. Especially on the weekends. Sometimes money won’t be available until 3pm or later. The level of unprofessionalism with the customer service is insane. They do not care about you or you needing your money. The service is nice in a pinch but you can’t rely on it being available when you need it. 2/5 stars because the service is very helpful when it does work on time.

Why I am giving such a low star rate, and the reason I was so unhappy with this bank

I am very unhappy with this card, and the reason being I was overcharged at the gas station. I immediately brought it to the gas station and the banks attention..

I gave them all of the details that they asked for did all of the footwork that was required of me called multiple times. I was reassured that I would be reimbursed my money time and time again after multiple phone calls and several months of passing I still have been reimbursed for my money, it’s basically like they did nothing other than charge my card twice and lie to me and not reimburse my money.
As a single mom, who’s raising children on her own, due to the fact that my husband passed away every dollar is extremely important to me, and I feel like I was taken complete advantage of at its time when I was most vulnerable and needed every dollar so I am sad to say I am not very happy and do not recommend this card. I would like to stay up until this issue that I had I never had any other issues with the card but the fact that they did not reimburse my money is a major issue for me, and enough to be a dealbreaker, I was very unhappy and don’t feel like anything was done to give me any Aleutian to the problem

Don’t file a report

I was never told information when I wanted to dispute a charge and the support personnel was very unprofessional leaving information out leaving me having to constantly call and check in my case having not being contacted in two months about my case and then when contacted proved me with no help and hearing the line your case is being investigated and when told I would receive a credit after 20 day and that I didn’t need to send in any information i then ended contact them and asking to help their investigation would they like the police report that comment was ignored and after being contacted again was given a rude representative who claim that I was given this information when I didn’t even receive a case number so plsss never received you money on this app
