Don’t file a report
I was never told information when I wanted to dispute a charge and the support personnel was very unprofessional leaving information out leaving me having to constantly call and check in my case having not being contacted in two months about my case and then when contacted proved me with no help and hearing the line your case is being investigated and when told I would receive a credit after 20 day and that I didn’t need to send in any information i then ended contact them and asking to help their investigation would they like the police report that comment was ignored and after being contacted again was given a rude representative who claim that I was given this information when I didn’t even receive a case number so plsss never received you money on this app

My Experience
My prior rating for RapidPay was a negative one. I had not been able to use it at all. Since that time, there has been a fix. Now, I am able to use the software the way it is intended. Now, my experience has been excellent. I am able to take a quick loan directly when needed. Then, when my paycheck is issued, my loan is paid 100%. I am very grateful that my employer has put this in place for the employees. It is just one of many examples of the wonderful way the business treats the employees. Thank you! I am grateful that this opportunity is available.

Really poor app
This app has never worked for over a year I’ve worked at Harbor Freight Tools. My work hours have never been reported correctly so I am always allowed only a very small portion of my paycheck. Two times I spent quite a while on the phone explaining the situation to two different representatives and I was promised the issue would be resolved and it never was and I was never contacted again even though I was promised both would happen. My manager looked into it and had no way to fix it so it needed to be fixed by the people running this app. It has been extremely disappointing not getting any help and I hope it will be resolved in the future for other employees just trying to receive the 50% of their hard earned money as promised by this app.

I dont recommend this bank
The reason why is because someone stole my physical bank card went to rite aid an spent 300 off my card and I called the police made a police report and the officer seen a guy on camera using my card multiple times in one night and your company told me to write a claims report so I did and I faxed it to your company from my local library and when I called the next day to confirm if the paper work went through you guys said you never received the paper work and I know for a fact that you guys received it because I sent it twice than you guys told me it’s been more than 10 days and it’s to late now I have to wait 90 days to get my money (if I ever even get it back) I was so disappointed my job referred me to this bank and I will never choose to bank with this company anymore and I do not recommend you guys need to come up with a better solution for people

Would be five stars but
I like having the app on my phone and it would get a five star rating from me except for the fact that unless you give it a review, the message keeps popping up every time you change your screen. So if you look at your current balance, and then go to your latest charges, and come back you have that pop up screen one more time. I cannot express to you how it’s extremely irritating that is. You fix that one item, and I would change my reading to a five star rating.

Money disappeared after transfer to bank
It's been 24 hours since I transferred money from this card to my bank. I'm 100% certain my info is correct, but the money is nowhere to be seen. Not on the paycard. Not in my bank account. It also doesn't show as "pending" in my bank. So now I'm stuck, with $0, needing to pay bills, and I have no clue when I'll see MY MONEY or if it'll even work at all. You seriously can't give a time estimate of how long it'll take? Other services transfer instantly, but this one I'm expected to sit around for 2 days or more waiting for the money I'm legally entitled to? Genuinely considering quitting my job just to avoid using this service which my employer requires. They give you zero information about where your money is or how long it'll take, and it's extremely slow at transferring. I'd rate it negative stars if I could.

Satisfied Customer
I’ve used this card now for 4 yrs. now. The online app has improved. I lost my card recently and tried to order one from the app which it advises you to do. I went through all the steps and it didn’t work for me. Ended up having to call customer service which was helpful I thought. After paying for rapid return and no card in the mail, I called back into customer service. The lady I spoke to verified my current address with me and advised me if I hadn’t received it by the end of the day to call back and they would issue and send out a new one a few days later still no card called back to Customer Service. This time I was made aware that my card had been delivered. Only it was to my old address. Apparently when I change the address on my account. That didn’t change the mailing address on my account. Long story short the first agent I spoke to should have told me the first card had been delivered and verified both physical and mailing address if they had of, I wouldn’t had to wait so long for my card. It took me about two weeks to receive it after paying for 1 to 2 day delivery. It really put me in a spot seeing as how my paycheck went on this card. I didn’t have a bank account. At the time, but I do now!

It’s alright
I got this card and account from my first job when I was 15 and now I’m 17 and found a better job and have an acc bank. This app is really sketchy I’m not going to lie. I had an easy time personally activating my card. I did enjoy the savings features and after leaving my last job I had enough savings to live off of until I found a new job. This app was for sure helpful as a 15 year old who was not able to get a bank account anywhere else. I also could take money out easily at an atm and even used it to buy a car!

I would give them a better again they would fix the message that you sent reason I’m running the transactions that went. I was billed double, and you guys have not returned my money yet. I also paid for a card to be customized when I first got the card from you guys in 2020 and still have not received the card that I paid for that I customized! if my school wasn’t using you guys, I would switch to someone else. Unfortunately, I have no control over who they use. I just want my money returned that you all took from me put back on Love you card then I can give 5 stars
