Alright but not trustworthy and not reliable when I counted on your services
Most of the time I'm grateful to be able to pull money out from my check a little early ... but frankly I've had issues with your service a LOt lately and I'll never put myself in a position like that because I trusted I would be able to use it when I really needed it but your app wouldn't fail my request for on demand pay and then my corporation has to send me my money your app wouldn't succeed in giving me or failing so my money was in limbo for two weeks because your company couldn't help me or fix it and it's happened multiple times. Last week I was late in my rent because I put trust in your system and was let down. So I no longer will rely on your app and use it with discretion. I'm thankful when the all works smoothly though. You should warn people on holidays it seems your app has problems because that's basically been when I have issues and also randomly last weekend. Have a good day to who reads this.

Fraudulent transactions
My card has 19 Dracula to transactions totaling to over $3500 and I called customer service numerous times. Representatives very unwilling to take the transactions dates and file a dispute I was and continue get hung up on during phone calls, nobody is willing to dispute the charges. Do not use this card plus the loading and transactions feed is not worth it also your money is unrecoverable if stolen .STAY AWAY

Never had a problem until today
I have been unable to log into the app for several weeks now. Today I finally took the time to try to reset my password because my fingerprint no longer works. After choosing a new password I get some type of error. I’ve now deleted the app and I’m gonna try to put it back on my phone; hopefully this will fix the “glitch” but it came out of nowhere! All the sudden my password wasn’t correct and I couldn’t log into the app. Makes absolutely no sense .

Serves a needed purpose
My employer has it set up so we can access our pay one time per pay period and up to 1/2 our pay check.I have used the service several times between checks and it has saved me more then once. It’s been really good to have.
Not impressed
I will start by saying this is a wonderful idea and opportunity for all parties involved. That being said it needs quite a bit of attention. How long are funds good for to be able to have access and receive them? Because logging in one day seeing a balance and the next day absolutely no funds. What if I have an emergency between now and payday which is Friday? Kind of defeats the purpose. Please deep dive and fix the bugs and maybe update the FAQ with new questions pertaining to actual people issues.

Doesn’t work
This is my second time submitting a review, BEWARE of this app, I did not do my research before signing up through this, my company advertised it so I figured it was good but NO! I have been trying for two days to do cash pickup in store, the first time the register said it could not validate the transaction, this morning I got hold of a representative who told me in order to cancel the transaction I had to call my Human Resource department , of which they have no knowledge, we did a 3 way call and they never picked up was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes. I’m going to assume that the company I work for have absolutely no idea about this app, I’m gonna write to the president and urge them not to use y’all. Long story short my paycheck better be right when I get it next week.

Great but lacking in features plus card needs an upgrade
So I enjoy the app and the card but I think the card could really use an upgrade. One it should have tap pay/ chip. Two you should be allowed to receive money from apps like cash app or Venmo and lastly the card should allow you to add it to your Apple Pay or google pay so you don’t have to pull your card out of your wallet every time you make a purchase.

Very Helpful
Just want to say I really appreciate rapid pay it really helps me out with my bills with my car note etc. even though my check is short when I receive it but doing so that kept me from being behind in my billsI I really Thank God for RapidPay and the founder of this app it’s so really wonderful and I have all my coworkers joining my whole second and third shift joined and everybody asked me to help them out every day and nightThanks again rapid pay for helping me out doing my struggles and helping me with my family thanks.

Time cards not accurate and doesn’t adjust for raises
The app is constantly 2 to 3 days behind on hours worked and often doesn’t show you the full half of your pay that should be available.I’ve also had problems with punch time accuracy. The app needs serious work. It also doesn’t adjust itself when you get a raise.I’m thankful that Harbor Freight Tools given us this resource tool to use if we need to but I feel like just like with the rest of the company, the hardware to software compatibility isn’t what it should be. We’re either running new software on dinosaur hardware or machines that were around at the time of the dinosaur, (or as in this app), we are running terribly undeveloped software across multiple operating systems.

No explanation, No help
You've made it so difficult to figure out how to get this started. I was looking forward to using this service occasionally when needed. But now I'm worried it would even work. You guys have no time card for me and I can't get any money but you now have my social, card information, my address, where I work..... All that info just for your service to say "There is no time card or payroll history available".
That would be fine, but then you don't even have any prompts to fix or change anything. Don't use this app guys. Just be smarter with your money.
