Worthless for shopping
Was hoping this would be easier than the website to navigate for online shopping, but it’s EXACTLY the same as opening the website on a mobile device.

Not so useful
You can’t shop right from the app. It’s not like Macy’s app or other stores’. It opens an internet tab to shop. I guess it’s just a minor annoyance, but enough for me to uninstall it.
Face ID
App will not open using Face ID. Have to put login info manually every time which is a pain. Other than that app is ok.
App needs improvement
I love shopping at Dillard’s but the app needs some improvement. It’s not very smooth and user friendly. Going back to what I was previously viewing doesn’t work. I end up jumping to other shopping apps. The Home page is just the same picture of the same woman, and does nothing. I suggest the app creators look at other apps, even Target, and see how they’re more user friendly, and redo this app to make us want to stay on it more.

This is worthless, you still have to shop through the website. This is just a glorified wallet and rewards tracker🙄
