  • New verification only works intermittently

    I like the text verification but it only works around one of three times since it was implemented. After login it redirects to the verification but just goes gray and has the spinning icon moving but nothing happens. I close out and try again a few times and if it persists I close out and try again later. Frustrated

  • Past due payment

    The gentleman I talked to today was very very helpful on my past due payment. he explained it very calmly and how to fix it and what the problem was and very knowledgeable!

    He reassured me that my credit score would not be impacted by this customer error.

  • Regarding payment

    Phh company is always helpful. Specially customer service worker are extra ordinary. Philippine’s customer service workers gave extra ordinary service to Phh company in this world. I always found during my called those customer service workers. Please increase their pay check. Thank you and Happy mother day.

  • Making payments on the App

    It has been impossible for me to make my payments on the website for some months. I have tried Google, Firefox, and Safari. So, it is a relief to be able to make a payment on the app because it is quite easy to navigate. I hope others don’t have the same problem, specially the elder that might have some initial obstacles with apps. Of course, there are many that don’t have this problem.

  • Is perfect. I am very happy with this bank

    I love the way i can use the app and easy to pay my mortgage . They always help me if I need help with very professional explanations. They have a answer to all my questions. Thank you to be my perfect bank.. I think is a perfect bank to do any business, because they know how to handle it all.

  • Paying a loan payment

    I have tried to make a payment before the 1st of the month. So I had to download the app it could be more easy process to use. And time consuming.

  • Poor App

    Although the app has improved over the years compared to many businesses that I have used apps to make payments this is one ranks to me as not great. Early or same day payments are fixed in the system if you are paying on a weekend so only next business day will display. This action can cause a late payment to appear if you are near your due date. Partial payments are not allowed, you can now pay escrow or other fees in advance of your due date. Many things are unavailable so you have to wait in a queue to call a customer service agent and a fee maybe charged if they perform your task.

  • Online Payment or app

    I don’t like that you can’t change anything on the payment once you submit the payment. There’s no edit button on the page. If I want to change the date of when my payment is coming out of my account it will not let you edit nothing. Like I said there’s no edit button. I wish that was fixed. Also the amount I would like to set up $1,000. a week to come out of our account but you can’t do that either.

    I love the clarity and the transparency of this business . The app makes your concerns easy to read and make changes if you have to. It keeps track of your balances, interests and goals. Love this, really.
