Phh is garbage
1)Do not borrow from them. They nickel and dime you to death.
2) their customer service people are all from India and you spend 50 percent of your time on the phone trying to figure out what they said.
If you don’t want to spend the next 10-30 years frustrated just use a different company.Jukathehairyone

App is great to use and easy. The website however is horrible and needs to be worked on. Glad I downloaded this so I don’t need to use the website anymore.Pikapina
Error Unable to Load App Settings - Please Try Again
I just downloaded this app with the preference of paying my mortgage online via an app instead snail mail. Each time I open the app I get the message “Error Unable to Load Settings - Try Again”. After try again (multiple times), I keep getting this same error message. It is clear this app likely needs an update to work with the latest and greatest version of iOS.Show lessCECIL7547
Very unstable
Login is sketchy at best. You fill in the user name and password and tap login and it constantly reverts back to the login screen. Then after multiple attempts it will go through but only after it goes back to the login screen and you think it’s not working. Fingerprint login has the same issues.
Trying to make a payment takes multiple attempts. You can’t select a date for your payment to be made even though you are given a calendar which makes one think they can choose a date.
If you switch screens or try to go back the app crashes and you get to go through the hit or miss login routine again. Horribly unstable to the point that some would question if it’s a legit app....Am I sending my mortgage payment to some guy in Nigeria? Hmmmm.Show lessnttick

Never thought having my Mortgage bought out would be so bad!
So with the super low interest rates, we re-financed our mortgage with RocketMortgage. Their app was pretty good. I became a bit concerned when a no-name lender (PHH) bought our mortgage. Even though it’s only been one month, I’m already extremely disappointed. This app is clunky, unstable & really just miserable to try using. The inability to schedule a specific date for your payment is absolutely unacceptable! Then once you find the app won’t allow a specific date to be chosen, it locks up & will not allow you to back out. Only option is to close the app & log back in. Which by the way is sketchy as well. At times I’m not allowed to log into my own account, or given a prompt stating I’m not authorized to make electronic payments. The developers should consider basic functionality rather than throwing in duplicate info such as home values in my neighborhood. I presume they’ve heard of Zillow? If rates keep dropping, I may consider another refi just to escape this piece of crap app!Show lessTjinaz7

Not ready for prime time. Not even ready for you to login. Apparently, having a user name & password aren’t enough to get you into your own account. Haven’t encountered this anywhere else. A bit too disjointed to trust right off. Esp for a new app & shaky ratings. Looking forward to a mature version, if am still w this institution. Cannot Schedule Payments?
Is this a glitch in the app? There is no option to select a specific day to make a payment. Anytime I try to schedule a later date it says invalid must schedule date before “today’s date”, which defeats the purpose of scheduling a payment. It’s a bit inconvenient to have to log in on a specific date I want to pay vs being able to schedule a payment on the day I wish to pay. Also after attempting to choose the date the app’s screen freezes. You can no longer click to pay or exit out. You have to kill the app then login again. It’s a bit troublesome at the moment. I hope these are simply glitches and they can be fixed with an update.Show less✋🌞
