  • Late Fee Breakdown?

    I’m trying to write a review, and the text of my review is evidently appearing on my cell phone screen, but it is invisible (ie, the text color is “white”. I have never seen this happen before on my phone, not even today during anything else I have been doing. So, I will not even get the real basis for my review. Please troubleshoot this problem. Thank you

  • 1st time

    This was my first time using this app and was so easy to register and make my first payment nice.
  • Can’t Log In

    Downloaded it since our mortgage was switched to PHH this month and I was able to set up an account, but the app keeps freezing on loading screens for me. It froze when I had completed the account set up process, even though I immediately got an email saying my account was set up. After 10 minutes staring at the loading screen, I closed the app, started again and now it still gets stuck on a loading screen when I try to log in. My account is fine, as I was able to log in on the website, so something is wrong with this app it seems.

  • New Customer

    Received letter saying my loan was moving to PHH 3/28
    Letter stated I would receive further info to pay my bill. Never received any other info. Called on 4/7 and was told there’s no record of my account. I was concerned because my mortgage was due on 4/01. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay and there’s a 60 day period.
    4/11 I login to the PHH and it says my payment is past due.
    Why are you taking over loans 3 days prior to a mortgage payment being due and not giving any information on how to pay it, then saying it’s not in your system, and then saying it’s late?

  • Beware

    Worst mortgage servicer out there. I have had to call monthly to have my password reset and every time it is let me put you on hold. I enrolled in paperless statements and am still being changed a fee. They couldn't waive it over the phone. Worst customer service ever
  • Angelo Tyson

    Angelo Tyson was the best customer service representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with over the phone he was polite professional patient and most of all had a great personality and was very helpful. I’ve had a long hard work week and he made making my payment and setting up my cellphone app so I could do so in a timely manner. Look for to the great customer service here at plaza home mortgage. Thanks again Mr. Angelo!! 5 stars.

  • Needs more payment options

    It’s great to use and have available. However, it ne should be able to pay with their debit card or other cards.

    Shouldn’t have to pay a fee to pay a mortgage. When is enough enough! I didn’t ask to have my loan sold to your bank, now everything is more?

  • Very outdated!

    Good luck trying to link YOUR mortgage to any other budgeting app or financial institution. I’m using the Mint app to consolidate all my assets and liabilities, but PHH does not allow this to happen. It blocks it! I called and even escalated to demand Mint get access to my loan, and their response was “we’re not ready for that yet.” PHH needs to hire an engineer and give each individual access to their loan thru other well known and safe apps. Very outdated system to say the least!
