Not happy
It’s ridiculous to charge a draft fee !!!!!! The most convenient way of payment of course they will charge ……cause interest rate is not enough !!!!!! Definitely miss my prior mortgage company!!!!!! And please PHH DO NOT REPLY WITH THERE ARE DIFFERENT FORMS OF PAYMENTS ……instead remove the online payment fee …… otherwise I really don’t care to hear how to you Ave other ways of making payments !!!’ Who write checks now days!!!!!Show lessSantisama

Ridiculous fees
I called and spoke to someone about the fee for paying online. The fee is ridiculous but it said if you opt for paperless payments it will be waived. I enrolled and waiting 8 days and the fee is still there. I will not be paying this fee every month, especially when I enrolled in the paperless opt with with plenty of time.Show lessdonotlikephh
7.50 fee for using your online service
Wow you guys are incredible! Charging 7.50 for using anything that doesn’t require atomic withdrawals. Worst company I have worked with so far. Please sell my account so I do t have to use you anymore. I signed up for automatic just so you can not get a extra penny fro me again after this month.Dellthnelog
Corrupt Business taking from the pocketbook of disability woman trying to survive!
Why am I now being charged to pay online or phone?. My mortgage gets switched from company to company and now PHH wants to charge me for paying online. PHH you are an example of corruption in the world, big companies taking advantage of people trying to keep a roof over their head.
