  • Can’t access app

    Long-time customer of PHH (18 years) and can access website with my login. App won’t allow me to use those credentials nor will it allow me to register (“already have account on file”). Called customer service and was told to delete and reinstall app. I did with the same result. Frustrating.

  • Worse service ever!!

    Why do you charge an additional fee for someone to pay online. That is horrible service! You are a horrible company to partner with and I will tell everyone I know how you manipulate to get an additional $8 per month for paying a bill that cost you nothing!!!!!!!!!

  • This app is garbage

    The app does not let me submit a payment. I had to login to the website to pay. When I called customer service they kept putting me on hold without telling me first. This company is hot garbage.

  • Worst mortgage company

    Call during business hours and you will receive a “please call back during business hours” message. And that’s only after you go through 20+ prompts to get where you need to be on the phone call. Have had to call multiple times to try and fix their own mess up that makes them believe the house was uninsured for a 2 month time frame even though I have given proof of insurance (something they should easily be able to obtain from the policy they already have on file) this is all a ploy to tack on extra fees to the loan that with their personal insurance coverage that is outrageously priced. How this business is allowed to exist with all the regulations around home loans astounds me. I hope this company gets what it has coming to it.

  • Can’t even get started

    I’m stuck in a registration feedback loop where I am required to use a special character like ! Or # in my password to even be able to click the Finish registration button but every time I do, I get an error saying I can’t have a special character in my password which then sends me back to the previous page. Doesn’t exactly give me much hope for the the rest of the app.

  • Login is Laggy

    I have enabled use Face ID to login to the app.
    When I open the app it says on the login screen for way too long. I thought that it wasn’t doing anything and then it logs in with my Face ID.

    I don’t know why it takes so long to login with Face ID as it works fine for every other app on an IPhone 12 pro
