  • Awful Mortgage Company App

    Suggests me to enroll in paperless delivery of correspondence - but the app literally will not let me. I have auto draft setup but they will literally not take my money and instead charge an additional $7.50 because their feature is broken…

    Edit: I was told to reach out to the email below. I was told it takes 3 business days for a response. Nothing happened, I inquired why that was, and I was told response time is 10 days. 10 days went by, I inquired why that was, and I was told 30 DAYS is the response time. In what world is 30 days acceptable…..

    When I am credited with the fees plus whatever the interest rate is at now, 7%? I will take down this review.

    Only issue I have is the inability to have two mortgages pay online….i have to pay the other by phone.. would like to have both on line

  • Always having problems with App and the Mortgage company since day one

    Always having problems with the App every single time I try making my mortgage payment every month. I have to delete and reinstall the App. In all the years I have been have been paying my mortgage, I have never had so many problems with other mortgage companies as I have with this one. This company needs to update their App for better use. Also I wish I could talk to someone that doesn’t have a heavy accent. Since I have been with them I haven’t spoken with anyone from US only from other countries. Hopefully this company fix their many many problems they have.

    It freezes when you enter account information then you have to start over! This happened and now it started working.

  • Decent but can be better

    Much better than what it was before.
    Does not have for flex pay or bi-monthly payment options. This a head scratcher!
  • The BEST App

    This App is BY FAR the best most simple straightforward financial app I have ever used!! Other mortgage companies ive used arent even close and no theyre not paying me to say this (I wish).
