  • Having a little trouble…

    I set my new watch up last night through the App and everything seems to be working pretty good besides I’m not receiving my notifications on my watch from my phone. My husband got the same watch and he set his up over the weekend and his watch is showing him his phone calls and text messages etc but for some reason mine isn’t. I went into my settings and turned all the alerts off and then back on to see if that helped but it’s not sending any alerts to my watch. Like I said before everything else on the App is working properly except this issue and it’s the main reason why I got the watch so it’s a little disappointing!! Wanted to add I’ve also tried disconnecting the watch from the app and then reconnecting it as well and that didn’t fix the issue either. Please help me so I don’t have to return this watch!! Thank you!

  • It’s really good (kinda) but problems

    For me I just got my watch from Walmart and then I really don’t know what app is this but when I signed up in my old phone it worked but there’s one problem since I got the iPhone 13 I can’t login to google and due to the fact that I like this watch and it works but it’s really off the screen that’s says “log in with google” I clicked it and nothing happens please fix the login button and add sign up and I have another problem this app dose not have watch face wallpaper that you can download and this app dose not have App Store or game store and the software is really good on the watch and I loved it and another problem is the calling when ever some spam calls me when I’m doing work and being busy and leave my phone in my bag and it dose not pops up the scam number and update this proses on the watch and please make a new iTech fusion watch and I love your business app and I really enjoy this app but… please fixed the problems and fixed the Watch problems (not calling it bad by the way) and make more watch updates😁

  • App needs bug fix

    I purchased the Gladiator 2 watch a few days ago. So far I am happy with the functionality of the watch itself. However, since I’ve downloaded the iTech wearables app, I have not been able to use the watch face setting functionality. When I open it, nothing appears. I would like to customize my watch face as I am not happy with 3 basic options I have. I would give this more stars if the problem was fixed.

  • Not worth the price

    Everytime I try to change my watch face the app closes. The weather has to be updated in the app frequently during the day to display the weather on the watch.
  • Pretty nice watch for the money

    First off, I selected the Gladiator 2 as I like the look of it more so than the Fusion2. It has two push buttons on the right side, the upper of which turns the screen on or off. This seems pretty pointless to me as to turn it on you can touch the screen or flip your wrist, and it will go off after a few seconds of no input. The watch will not reconnect to my phone if at some time it becomes disconnected, say by moving too far from my phone. I have the latest iOS and firmware. The daily sleep graph only shows blue and orange bars of varying lengths, with no indication of what time the sleep events occurred. It would be much more informative to be able to see this in the graph. Also wish I could set an alarm time right from the watch.

  • Trouble with the sleep goal setting part

    I’m really intrigued with your product and app. The only problem I’ve got with it is I work night shift and tried to set the sleep goal with my actual schedule but it won’t allow for that. If you’ll fix it to work with anyone’s schedule I’ll change my 3 stars rating to 5. 🙏🏼😇
  • Bugs not fixed!

    I already had an account via my Apple ID but now I can’t sign in with that so I created a new one but now it won’t discover the device. I have the fusion S. And yes it’s connected to Bluetooth. I liked the app and the watch although I did find the issue of having to always go in the app to update the weather was quite tiresome but now having to deal with this idk of its good to keep using the watch. Please fix these issues.

  • Getting disappointed

    I like that this tracks my steps. It is difficult to get the heart rate part to work correctly.
    As of yesterday I can no longer log into the app. It keeps giving an error. I even tried deleting and uploading again. I also tried signing up with a new log in.
    My daughter was having the same issues.
    There were recent “bug issue” updates. Seems like there are more bugs.
    We bought these watches for the convenience of having an easy to use app and cost. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money we don’t have on something that encourages me to keep moving.

    Hi there! We've updated our app over the weekend. Please reinstall app and this should work perfectly now. It is also recommended to clear the application cache through your apple app store. Thank you very much.
  • Impressed least to say

    I’m impressed but this product I got it yesterday and I love it only problem I have is keeping to connected to my iPhone I don’t know why it won’t stay connected, but when I open the app it connects again but I have to like go back into the app or make sure that my Bluetooth is connecting to it.
    Other than that I don’t have a problem with that I am obsessed with it and it was a good buy

The smartwatch disconnects from the paired device beyond the Bluetooth range of 30 feet, weak wifi signal, or non-conducive home walls blocking the signal between your phone and smartwatch. But when phones and smartwatches are closer to each other, they should automatically reconnect. Please don't hesitate to shoot us a line should you need further assistance. Thank you!
  • My other review may have not come through I would recommend

    I got this watch for my birthday and so far, I love it! I had got the app and read the reviews and they just arent true! I would love for this watch to be with me at all times. In conclusion I would recommend getting this watch.
