I like the convenience and the fact that photos are actually printed on photo paper. The cost is a bit high. A drug store would charge 49 cents a photo and mail postage would be 1.00. Don’t know how soon they will get to my daughter so that might determine the value of using this method
I am able to keep up with a loved one, despite him being incarcerated. I count down the days until he is released. I am able to send photos of our grandson to him and updates as he grows! This truly is the best app ever!! Thank you inmate photos!!
They will charge you 4x more than the official app! If your loved one is incarcerated in a NC prison the official text app is TextBehind which is stated on the website! I sent pic here not only did it take them 2.5 weeks to get to the facility, the facility does not accept order from this company!!! They have they own site which is TextBehind so they sent the pics back to me! I asked for a refund or some sort they said no and assured me he would get them smh he didn’t I received them! So please don’t waste your time or money with this app! Also TextBehind delivers your pics and letters the next business day and it’s only .99 cents

I totally agree with you! At this time, one way to show our loved ones in prison how we love and miss them is to send photos. This is a big deal for them to know that that they are always missed and never forgotten. Thank you for your review.This company states that they offer services to the East Baton Rouge parish prison but the inmates are unable to receive the pictures, so I asked for my money to be refunded and they telling me they will send me the pictures so I can send them to the jail, if the jail excepted pictures like that I could’ve done it that way and came out a lot cheaper, but you have to go through companies like this one to send pictures, but this particular company can’t get the pictures to the inmates at the jail but they website says they is affiliated with this jail.

Photo quality is great and if you have an issue, customer service gets back to you quickly. App is very user friendly and clean to navigate. It’s nice that there are apps out there like this for those of us missing a loved one who’s incarcerated. The jail my bf is at only accepts photos straight from a company so this app is awesome and appreciated!
Only negative that stood out to me is the extra (very overpriced) charge to send a note with your pics. You can skip this option if you want, which I always do.
I will say- if they did not offer these awesome sales I would prob never order from them bc they’re expensive. But their sales are on point so don’t have to worry about that!

This App is so great and easy to use and photos are great quality printed on good paper and orders are processed promptly and App is always offering incentives and discounts. Highly recommend. Wish this was around when I was In Prison.
So far the process was very smooth I'm hoping my inmate receives the pictures with no problems considering they are a little on the pricey end of the wagon but if he receives them it’s all worth it :) I’ll leave another review later with my results!!
