Ben was on time and was able to fix my heat, I didn’t mind paying the 700$ to replace the motor. I made the appointment today and he was here today, the other places I called all said it would be a few days until they could send someone out. Would have probably cost the same for the work that was done. Ben was nice and professional. property managers such as myself have the responsibility of calling out different contractors and companies to fix things all the time. Looking to not get scammed I’ll call out a company write down there quote and call out a second one to see if the first one was fair. All of this searching and calling changed once I found this app, tech comes out sends me a quote a quarter the price of the last company and has it fixed that same day. Great for ac repair and security cameras
We use premium home service to fix our AC about a week ago mid August 2023. we had a issue at our house A few days later, and we wanted security cameras premium home service. I had a technician out to our house. Our kitchen lights i’ve been having issues since March we had two companies look at it, as well as my father-in-law who is very handy we literally had it plugged in lights for our kitchen over the last month through a friend I found out about Premium Home Service they came up to my house for a estimate and diagnostic this morning at 8 AM it’s now 930 and half of the lights are back workingHe said he will be done with the rest as soon as he gets back from the supply house no need to say more. Very smart technician
My dryer was no longer working so I called premium home service out to take a look The guy is looking at the dryer less than three minutes when he disconnect it from the wall vent powers it on, and we hear the heating system in the dryer turn on he proceeded to tell me that my dryer vent is clogged up but there is nothing wrong with my dryer he had his helper out there, 20 minutes later with the proper equipment to clean the dryer vent. they did a great job and my dryer has been working perfectly ever since very smart guy.Show lessMark gianni palosolo

The staff personnel that assisted us with our AC repair were very helpful. we were in the market for a new system The guy that came out took the time to show us the two issues that we had he was able to do the repair within a few hours and said it would last for over a year at least we will definitely be using them next year when we want our new system thank you so much.Show lessJAaajje
