Well deserved five stars
Late last night my my wife was doing dishes and putting things away when she accidentally knocked a pot into the drain below the sink and it broke we called our regular guy he was not available but he recommended we use Premium Home Service. Did technician came out gave us a very reasonable estimate had all of the replacement elbows as he called them on his van and was done in 30 minutes he was nice enough to let us borrow his large air mover fan for the night to dry out our cabinet I just woke up and the cabinet is completely dry everything looks brand new I highly recommend them they do great work and they were recommended by my local plumber.Show lessIssac Merritt 83
Good service
My experience with Premium Home Service was very smooth. The technician explained everything and gave me an estimate. It took him about two hours to tune my HVAC systems my AC has never blown this cold not since the day I moved into the house I really am impressed and I did not pay very much he also explained that I would be saving tons of money on my electric bill because it would run a fraction of the time and it makes sense he was thorough and timely great professionalism great home app.Show lessherman ballard

We used them to install a 240v dryer outlet they did a great job I am a electrical guy I do all my repairs myself but 240v I’ll let the pros do it these guys also have very cheap prices considering what I know.J funderburk

Worked as advertised!
First time using the Premium Home Service app and it was as simple as it looked. I submitted a service request to have my garage door repaired. The technician Jacob called me about 20 minutes later and we set a time. He showed up as promised with all the parts necessary on his truck. One hour later my garage was back in service. SCAM ALERT
Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews. NEVER give your money to this company. They claim to be a local plumbing company but as soon as you pay for a membership, you can track your job through an app. At this point, they interact with you as a completely different company called PREMIUM HOME SERVICE.
Look them up on the Better Business Bureau site. Over 50 horrendous reviews. They are deceptive and exploitative.
They will ask you for money upfront, promise an appointment right away, then give you the run around. If they actually send someone, beware! They are infamous for charging incredibly more than they quote you.
If you have a problem, they will not let you speak to a manager, billing department, or anyone else. All they can do is relay your concern that NEVER gets addressed.
Luckily, I paid with credit and was able to dispute the charge and have it investigated. But many people have sadly never gotten refunds.
I know it may be tempting to try them out because their prices seem to be cheaper than other plumbing services, but don’t do it! You will regret it.Show lessBrandonxavier93

I’m new to the area and I have used them many times and I’m overall very happy. They usually have guys same day and so far all of them have been great. I was kept updated threw all of my projects a+nigel allen2
