I was able to book my job very quickly through the app the technician mark reach out to me about 30 minutes later asking me a few questions about my job and give me an estimate over the phone. he was at my house 15 minutes later as he lives literally two blocks over. Excellent app
As a homeowner it was super easy to set up and get started I submitted a request for a plumber and they had a technician at my house a few hours later the plumber was very nice and polite he called and updated me every step of the process throughout my repair unfortunately a pipe broke in my house and it’s a mess Frank the plumber at Premium Home Service truly made me feel better about the whole situation I highly recommend them.Show lesscarrol burger
Don’t Waste Your Time or Money
This company offers what appears to be a great service. But all they want is the annual service fee. I had a plumber out who “couldn’t do the job alone” and told me he would be back tomorrow. Then he no showed. I called the company and they scheduled me for the following Monday. He no showed. Then scheduled me for Tuesday, he no showed again. It took me 3 calls to cancel my service agreement and I’m still waiting on a confirmation email. On top of that, the plumber left my sump pit open and backup battery casing open. This company will bounce you from out-of-the country service reps repeatedly and there is amazingly never a supervisor on duty who can actually help. STAY AWAY.Show lessMatt Chicago

Great app. It makes booking with my home service a breeze. I gave it a try today July 3, 2022 the technician Mark and his assistant were very polite timely they were able to fix the issue with my garage door within 20 minutes he was also able to take care of a few other handyman type things around my house truly amazing guys truly amazing experience. Over priced and don’t honor their contract.
Signed up for this for a small house job. Had the plumber come over and they are frighteningly over priced for the work. In addition they say a seven day trial but it’s not a trial. The contract says they won’t charge you util day seven but I got charged on day one. Call to talk about about the issues and the customer service rep was unwilling to do anything and hung up on me. Scam
Scam company using fake local businesses as front. Took my money and then would not refund claiming the agreement I signed for the promotion (actually a subscription) states no refunds. It actually clearly states I could receive a refund within the free 7 day trial and I was within that. They also charged my card immediately when it also says they wouldn’t charge until the 7 days had passed. They don’t honor their own agreement and try to tell you that you are not allowed to dispute any charges. I have no idea who came to my house in an un marked, no license plate vehicle for hvac service. Thankfully nothing was done but he did try to get more money out of me being a service fee which I pointed out I signed up for their “promotion” that I couldn’t cancel. He said he could see a refund request which contradicts what I was told that I couldn’t get one. So was he just claiming that to get me to pay an additional fee they will refuse to return? I think so. PHS and the fake company are not licensed in my state, the addresses are other businesses and google reviews are fake. Sketchy contractors who don’t show up (I’ve had 4 no-shows) If they do, they complain about this service and demand a 20% tip. Zero communication w admin, Angie will just forward your call making it impossible to cancel service. They have no voicemail. I would never recommend this service in a million years. SCAM ALERT!!!
Do not use this company!! BEWARE they pose as local companies in your area and get you to pay them over the phone. They take your money and never show up. I thought I was dealing with a local company in my area and it turned out to be these people. They advertised under a completely different name. I am working on getting the money back that they took from my credit card. I have also put in a complaint with the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!! Know before you go
Service is a dispatch for local vendors. Service is spotty, and is dependent on whether the company being used wants to honor or communicate with this service. I have been left high and dry on two occasions with no phone call or courtesy. Wasted time, energy, and money. Just google and find someone on your own.Show lessDunnyD01
No value
I wouldn’t exactly call it a scam like others have but it provides less value than just looking for somebody on google. The technicians sent by the app booking were not competent and did not actually guarantee their work (i could never get them to come back to fix a mistake they made that they said was covered).
The issue I see with this app is that techs have zero incentive to do a good job b/c there is no brand or rating attached to them - within the context of the app they are all interchangeable. Also the 149 a year fee is completely not worth it. If you didn’t notice most of the reviews are fake for this app.Show lesscubalibre000
