  • Total scam do not trust!!!

    If I could give 0 starts I would. This service is a total scam and I wouldn’t trust them with your money. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but wished I would’ve read the reviews here first. All reviews feel like the exact experience I have got. Initiated the membership, scheduled, no-show, reschedule and now I have to pay to extra for them to come over even though they didn’t charge service fees? All google reviews were good for this company and I assume they’ll just change names if they get uncovered.

  • I agree about the scam

    Called local company. Was talked into purchasing this service. Told I would be moved to top of list and would get same day service. They schedule me a 4 hr time slot and said someone would call 30 mins prior to coming out. No one called or showed. I called back and was told they are booked until next week. So apparently paying for a service that moves you to the top of the list and provides same-day service was a lie. I asked for my money back was told he would process a refund and I would get an email within two hours stating that a refund was initiated. Never received the email. An hour later my bank contacted me for possible fraudulent activity. This company’s transaction was suspicious so the bank denied it. Wonder why this company triggered my bank to flag it as fraud automatically? That’s fishy to me! Anyhow my bank denied the transaction thank god.

  • TOTAL SCAM!!! They stole $2,000 from me never finished the job!

    This is a total scam. They give no address!!! They had workers come out to paint and sheetrock took my money and never finished! Plus tgey destroyed my electrical and wood floors damaged. Total rip off and they destroyed my floors and never painted the house!!!! Manager told me I would get a refund. I never got the refund and they ghost me and transfer me around. This is disgusting that Apple would allow this total SCAM app.

    They replied ‘call our escalations department’ and it’s another scam they won’t give last names or physical address!!!

  • Fraudulent Business

    This app appears to be some sort of a weird scam utilizing shell local companies that don’t really exist. You contact a “local” contractor, are routed to Premium’s call center, who will then schedule a no-show contractor to come to your house. Their business model seems to be centered on getting you to sign a service contract, but if you do that there is no guarantee that they will ever send anyone.

  • Over Priced!

    If you call a local company and they use this system, run away! Like someone stated earlier, they all charge a service fee of $39 when most companies charge half the price. Then when you call they direct you to so many people. I think they’re over priced because someone or some people in the middle receive their share too. I would look around, ask neighbors and friends of someone reputable and more affordable. Premium home services are like Home Depot or Lowe’s contractors, high price for something simple.

  • Reliable/Dependable

    I found this App is super friendly. I have used their services several times now and have been very satisfied. I like how the app shows my service history, no more paper folders for me! The company is well managed and the employees are very professional. High marks from the time you request service to the time they leave your home. Thanks!

  • Happy Chesterfield Customer!

    Premium Home Services installed some outdoor lighting for me. They were such a pleasure to work with (polite, pleasant, prompt and reasonably priced)! I am enjoying my front yard lighting so much! I also recently had the Service paint my basement walls. They perfectly repaired some drywall damage on one of walls and the paint job looks so fresh and fabulous!

  • Best business for all household needs!

    Great service and customer service! Very impressed with the app and the company’s work. I needed my garage repaired and they did a great job!
  • Overpriced work

    I had someone come out that this company uses and they said free estimates on their site but a $39 service fee. ??? What!! They said the service fee is waved when the work is completed but they want to charge me over $100 more that the standard price for the work. My assumption that they would be the same price as other companies in the area. I called 3 other companies after sending their tech away and they estimated the work from $150 to $200. Not $299. I do not recommend using this company.
