Young man who came out to do the job, at the start assured me he loves his work and was going to do his best on our ducts. Cody then proceeded to do just that!
He was here for around 5 hours and very thorough. Our ducts and vents hadn’t been cleaned in over 20 years and looked it.
It was not cheap, but for the results, worth it! We are now able to feel heat around 69 degrees and the air is much cleaner as well.
My hats off to Cody. Very personable tech and does a great job. The perfect combination.

I cannot believe this place has any good reviews. Like others, I called an (apparently) non-existent local company and was routed here. My experience has been nothing but unprofessional the entire way through. I had a drywall appointment scheduled and no one ever showed up or even bothered to call me. For two weeks, I called the office and asked to have it rescheduled. Every time, I was told that a "manager" would call me back. No one ever called me back. The last time I called in, the "customer service associate" HUNG UP on me, and that was the last straw.
I had been talked into paying for "Premium" service. When I signed up, I had to sign a form saying that I wouldn't initiate any chargebacks for fees. At the time, I wondered why they needed to say that so explicitly. Now I know.
I finally spoke to someone today who agreed to refund the Premium charge and cancel my account. Never again. Do NOT book with this place. Do NOT give them any of your money.Show lessThetaSigmaKos
Good Overall Experience
I was routed through Premium Home Service when reaching out to a contractor (Weston Heating & Cooling) for some hvac repair (gas garage heater servicing/repair). The technician arrived within the timeframe and was able to determine the issue and repair on the spot. Generally I tried some more local contractors for the repair but had difficulty getting call backs, glad that Premium Home Service/Weston was able to do the work and was happy with the service.Show lessKurt Pr.

These guys are the best. They’ve thought of every way to make a customer comfortable. Came out on time, prepared. Updated my garage system in 20 minutes, which would have taken the old fashion guys 1-1/2 hours or longer. The equipment provided is top of the line, but the price was more than reasonable, so reasonable I had to tip the professional enough to fill up with gas for two cars.
These guys are top of the line! Their technology is top of the line, they do everything! If you want good old fashion customer service with 2022 technology, call these guys!!!! They do everything!

If we talk about any household work, then one and the only one name that comes to mind is PHS with 100%accuracy for any work. Best service , tech arrived on time and give their best on work. Totally satisfied with the customer service as well. Loved this 18akin0i1W
Poor Service
I had attempted to schedule an HVAC cleaning with a local company and was talked into purchasing this service.
The technicians did not show up within their window, and then never showed up.
I called to cancel my membership as I was within the 7 days to do so, and was advised that they “had listened to a call” where I was told my services were rescheduled for today. There is no record of this call in my phone’s history.
The person on the phone kept calling me “ma’am” even though I don’t sound like a woman and I corrected her - so I’m lead to believe the call that she listened to wasn’t even me.
I told her to cancel my membership and I’m still currently waiting for the confirmation of cancellation.Show lessMiloPrince

Premium Home Service was a wonderful and very professional company to work with. The same 3 young men handled the entire installation of our central air and heat. The cost was very reasonable. I am extremely pleased Thanks Again John bettetarverm

Scam Company
The very first thing they do in no time is charging 149$ premium fee. Then nobody shows up at your door unless you keep calling many many time. If you have an emergency job, just forget it and call somebody else. Their plumber eventually showed up 4 days after they scheduled it. They told me a lie when they wanted to provide a quote. I talked to their plumber and he said he has not taken a look yet to see what the problem is to give a real estimate. They just said our plumber has fully investigated, and they said we will charge over 600$ for the job. I canceled it. Later, I paid 199$ to another plumber to fix it fully.Show lessMuCell

Be very careful with this business. If you want some kind of third party to handle your interactions with home contractors then go for it, but we were swindled into this “service” by calling an apparently non existent local company we had found on Google. They answer as the supposed company on the phone but then all the sudden some other company shows up to the house (if they show up at all, we had an electrician and a plumber scheduled and one didn’t). I wouldn’t expect anything to be done quickly either, there is a whole review process they put you and the poor contractor through before they will start the work, even if it’s a simple job.
