Before the remodel, I would bring my 2 year old daughter once a week to play games and eat. the frontline staff, Sofia and the general manager, has always been a happy faces , helpful, generous, respectful. After the remodel and even before it was always spacious, clean and well kept. My daughter always enjoys the games and Chuck E. Cheese suit and brags about it me and her mother. Keep up the good work!

Very impressed!
Our four year old son learned to ride a bike this week, and as a reward he asked to go to Chuck E. Cheese. We have a location three minutes from our house, but haven’t been in years. We walked into a quiet (Tuesday night) and very clean environment. The service was exceptional, two high school students who took their job seriously. My son did the hour long play and got souvenirs and a drink cup for $30! We rarely get to do something that cheaply. He was thrilled,
And my husband and I relaxed and walked around while he leisurely played the evening away. My ONLY a complaint if you could even call it that was they stopped serving alcohol at 7p, so I missed the window. Otherwise, what a great experience for my little man. We will be back when we plan his 5th bday party!!!

Rewards
When I ride with my granddaughter, there was a promotion on the counter that said, download the app and get 500 free tickets. I talk to the lady behind the counter and said how do I do this she said you just take your receipt and scan it and you get the tickets on your card I said OK cool so now this evening I’m trying to do it and I did not get the 500 tickets as promised it said irons like 63 points or something I don’t know why they have to make things so complicated sometimes

The overall party was ok. Staff had a few issues at first but was expecting the full show! Would’ve been great if the renovations were done

Where are the coupons?
I went online to find coupons to use. There were only two, but the website said to download the app for more offers. There are no offers on the app, only reward tracking. I just wanted to find a coupon to use because the kid of a friend really wants Chuck E Cheese for her birthday. There are good arcades around here that are cheaper and don’t serve terrible pizza and I will be talking her into picking somewhere else for her birthday.

Better than it used to be
Been years since we’d been. The pizza is actually very good. If I worked there I’d tell the parents of all the kids for $1000 I would be the bad guy. I’d trip the breaker and shut all the games down.

This store is fabulous! The manager, assistant manager, and all employees have shown nothing but extra special kindness to my Grandson who has special needs. We frequent THIS CHUCKE CHEESE because of the awesome kindness, friendly service, huge welcoming smiles every single time when being GREETER...and very clean environment as well. This store deserves an A+ rating, but the staff deserves an A+++! Thanks so much for making our visits to your business so very fun and welcoming!
