App is pretty terrible
Chuck E Cheese is fine. It’s loud, the food is pretty bad, but kids love it and I love my kids, so here we are.
I decided to download the app to see if there were any coupons I could use for our family trip tomorrow. I thought I’d also check the cost of booking a party there.
One I’d created an account it threw me into the “home” screen, which is just a spot to scan for points (???) It doesn’t say what the points are for or what they do and it doesn’t welcome you or give up any other info on how the app works.
At the bottom of the screen there were some icons to get to other places in the App. Great! I had to do some digging, but found 2 coupons (WHY is their frozen garbage pizza the same price as actual good pizza?!) and went to look at Birthday info.
Not entirely sure what happened, but I chose to look at an icon labeled “gifts” and now I’m frozen on a picture of the million-dollar-merch that my kid always wants at the ticket counter; even though he never has enough for anything more than a slap bracelet and a tootsie roll.
Seriously, I should just buy both the pizzas and the treats at the dollar store and save my money- but again, I love my kids and they adore the grey rat-turned-mouse.
The app is now stuck and I can’t find the coupons and tomorrow’s trip is looming large.
Please fix the blasted app.

Best service!
It’s been awhile since I have visited Chuckee cheese, but I must say from the moment I walked in the staff was full of smiles, very helpful, patient, and kind. I was able to meet the manager and he was just great all around with helping me understand the packages and with my gazillion questions. This chuckee cheese was far the cleanest from the bathrooms to the tables and of course games! I would most definitely recommend the Salt Lake chuckee to anyone. It definitely has made improvements for the best since the last time I visited approximately 4 years ago.. I hope you continue to train your staff the way this staff has been trained and give that manager of yours a kuddos for being spectacular! Thanks again for making mine and my family feel safe during these difficult times all while being able to offer us a meal and unlimited play for 60 minutes till the end of August.

Prize redemption
I’m very disappointed I bought 2 gold summer passes so we have ALOT of accumulated tickets for prizes and was set to have 2 upcoming birthday parties here as well (may not at this point) Ive been told numerous times by different employees and even management that they are not allowed to give my child the prize which they have wanted so badly for so long off of the wall. They are not allowed to have empty spaces or so they say but they have given the large prizes away and left empty spots many times as I come here every week with our passes I even asked to have them ordered and possibly let know when in stock they did say yes to ordering but that they would not let me know when the are In so likely I won’t be here when and if they ever get them in. I come in again today and the toy my child wanted so badly last week that I was told no to by manager is now gone and a large empty space where it was! That’s not fair, I can cause a stink too but I chose not to, I guess the squeaky wheel got the grease.!!

Rude and unhelpful
I took my granddaughter and nephew to the chuckeecheese in Las Vegas on Grand Caynon and had the rudest and most unhelpful employees ever, Ross. The place was filthy, none of the tables were clean and the man at the front counter(again-Ross) took a drinking cup back and put his hands and fingers inside the cup and put it back in the bin for the next unexpected customer, disgusting!!! Not to mention it took over 40mins to get our food and that’s on a Thursday afternoon with 4 other families there!! So upsetting!!

Chuck E Cheese Northwest Expressway
My boys love Chuck E Cheese! We brought our son for his birthday and we’re pleasantly surprised since we’ve moved recently and this was a new location for us, we didn’t know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was nice and clean with lots of variety . He had a great time!

I feel that the when playing the games how you are being cheated, a little bit of tickets when playing the games and games are just rigged, Customers encouraged to purchase packages like they are getting something good but it is just so deceiving, This world so unfair!!!
Summer program bought in store, unable to upload on app!!
This app is pretty simple but the only issue is that I bought a gold pass summer pass in store & there’s no place to input my receipt number so I can see all my benefits online! I was told to scan my receipt but there’s nowhere to do that at. Sent an email to Chuck E. Cheese, hopefully hear back from them ASAP.

Does NOT work with all Summer Passes!!!
My family purchased the Gold Summer Pass last week in a local Chuck E. Cheese restaurant. Went to the same location today to get our free 120 weekly minutes and was told that we needed to download the app to access our benefits even though I had the physical receipt in my hand. Nobody ever said anything at time of purchase about needing the app, but was told today that the restaurant’s “system” resets every week, so benefits no longer show up in their system. After over an hour spent waiting in the restaurant for the benefits to “load” onto my app, still no benefits. Restaurant did not want to honor what they sold in person although they eventually did after I pitched a fit. And if they don’t give you everything you need in person (ie the 60 minute card for a friend to play), you can forget about it because it won’t show up on the app and the location’s not going to honor it because it’s between you and “the app.” My advice is to “pass” on the Summer Pass!

Classic kid fun that needs improvement
My toddlers enjoy it however there are so many missed opportunities. The cleaning needs improvement, the napkin holder had all kind of build up on top of it. The seats were sticky and the fountain drink drain had pennies in it. My daughter lost a lot of points due to games not working properly. When I reported this to staff member she said she would have someone look into...15 mins later my daughter is at the same game again and it’s stuck just like it was before. Please do better! I really like the affordable fun your establishment offers and the pizza(the rest of the food was edible but not good.) I hate to say it but we usually visit as a last resort due to this common reoccurring issues every visit.

Amazing staff!
