Wednesday evening fun!
The staff at the West Hills location was very friendly and patient. Loved it when I saw an employee cleaning the machines. The kids had a lot of fun although I wish they saw Chucky at least once on their visit but hopefully next time. Overall, we had a great time and the pizza was very yummy.
I visit 6 time a year…
Everytime i come with my kids, usually its around opening time latest 12pm and everytime they play chuck e cheese theme song and he never come out. I ask the cashier when is chuck e cheeses come out and they say next song but next song come and nothing. I hate the fact that we come early to have a better experience with the machines and chuck e and at the end we wait an hour or more for nothing. This upset me cause my kids want to see him and it never happens. :(

They have signs everywhere saying if you download the app you can get 500 e-points. Waited 10 mins, nothing appeared on the page. Asked for help and told it will take long to load. Waited another 5-10 minutes and nothing appeared. They also didn’t offer anything to accommodate, the lady just kept saying “it takes a while it takes a while, just keep waiting until it appears”. It’s been 3 hours and still nothing on my account, just 10 points for signing in.

Adding review to correct previous one
Submitted a review because they offered 500 etickets if you signed up for app only specific locations. I didn’t get the e-tickets when I signed up, so I left bad review, but it turns out you have to do your first purchase and scan the receipt and it gives you the tickets after you sign out and sign in again you should have the tickets available, but none of that it’s explained so it’s a little confusing but anyway I wanted to correct the review and say it’s just Poot explanation but the etickets were indeed given to us. So overall I guess the idea of the app it’s pretty good, I’m sure they will keep Improving.

The Worse Birthday Party
The birthday party started at 5:30 pm, and they didn't bring the children anything to drink, and we did not receive food until 6 o’clock, and our kids did not get their play passes until we had to go up there and ask for them. This was very unprofessional and unorganized. I understand that they are busy, but they need to have staff that can do a party or have a limit or how many parties they do in a day. Also, when we asked questions, no one knew what was going on.

A great place for families
Had a blast with our girls and son. First time for our youngest and she wants to come back soon. Love this because I went when I was a kid and now my kids can experience it.
Chuck E. Cheese
We just left the restaurant. Prices have gone up so much since the last time. Pizza was good and staff were wonderful, but several machines didn’t work and the kids really missed the tickets. Just not the same on the cards. Thanks
