App is easier to use now!
The Red Pocket app has come a long way since the beginning of the year. It no longer crashes every time I open it. I am able to log in and get to my account details to process my service payments.BeeCee33
App has less functionality with every version
Current version no longer allows you to see Remaining data for the month.

Touch ID does not work!!!
This is the only app that still requires me to enter my password even though I have Touch ID enabled!! This needs to be fixed immediately!!sohosakura II

I can log in, but checking on order history, or payment history results only in an infinite wait. If these simple items do not work, how is the rest?dapi1
The app works fine
As of June, 2023, version 2.04 of the app works great for me on an iPhone. My only minor complaint is having to type my login to the app every time I use it. Many apps support Face ID/touch ID, and that would be handy heressombar
Cannot logon when using voice over screen reader
Again two more updates on this app and still cannot log on when using voice over screen reader, please fix this seems like such a small issue this app use to work fine until it got updated...... I am blind and cannot login anymore since latest two updates
This app use to work with Voice Over screen reader but since latest two updates i cannot login anymore , i think they should fix this instantly .. turn on voice over screen reader and try to login please yourself who ever updated this then you will see what mean. THE APPLICATION WORKS, FINALLY!!!
The RP app has been broken for what feels like ever in the fast paced MVNO game. Real improvements have been made. I will probably still switch to H2O when my yearly plan runs out unless RP offers unlimited talk and text for $60 bucks.Boxboyrt
