  • Poor because most of the time it doesn’t work

    The app and Red Pocket service is poor because it seldom works and after many emails and calls it didn’t improve. I have used 6 carriers in the past 15 years and can say unequivocally that Red Pocket is the worst.
    Poor customer service because of their accent.
  • slowest App ever

    seriously people, this is the slowest app i ever used. logging in takes 15sec. and you need to click first to confirm that you want to use face ID, well, that’s not the sense of Face ID.
    and i might understand that you can’t stay logged in when you close the app, but switching to another app for a second and coming back to this one, makes it rotate for 10-15 sec., even if there is no data that needs to be reloaded.
    And in the end, there's not much you can do with the app, it shows you how much data and minutes you have left, but not when and how you used it. everything else you click on, takes you to the website.

  • Can’t log in

    I get the same issue others describe here. When I log in, I just get a white screen. I’ve tried force quitting and restarting the app repeatedly.
  • Save yourself

    Just use the web interface instead. It’s a lot faster than the app and doesn’t crash. They have some work to do. RedPucker is a great carrier any rate.. once everything is settled.

    That’s it….you click login and the screen turns white. It stays that way, no matter how often you restart the app or reinstall.

  • App Still Doesn’t Work Consistently

    Been through this before. Finish using the app after first download. Log off from session. Open app again days later and it’s waiting to let you sign in with uid/pwd. Convenient. Try logging in and dead in the water on that white screen.
    My guess is you have to delete the app each time you finish using it, and download again when you want to use it again.
    I see it’s a problem for a long time by other comments posted and there doesn’t appear to be much response by Red Pocket in terms of fixing it let alone checks these reviews.
    Another month and I’ll be with another carrier. We tried it since last November and it works great for us and has unlimited minutes, texts, and 1gb or unlimited data depending on your choice. Red Pocket choices are ok but service has been spotty at times nonetheless.

  • Worst signal quality and poor support

    The signal quality is really poor even it shows few bars. Feels as if you do not have network at all. Recently moved and requested support to shift to GSMT due to no network coverage on GSMA and was denied help as I got annual plan. What a crazy reason. Forced to shift to other network.

    Disappointment.
    I love my Redpocket but not so much this app.
    I have iPhone XS Max and after putting my log in and password it just went blank.
    Nothing happened.
    Nada.
    When are you going to fix it?
    The last review of this app not working was on 2018!

  • Blank Screen After Login

    I also get a blank screen after login. (iOS 16.1 iPhone 12 Pro.)
