  • High quality

I honestly think that the quality of both the produce and the products is outstanding. The prices are competitive enough and the service is smooth. I love it!
  • This service is great in theory

I am hard of hearing. I live in Arizona. I have a sign that says to ring my bell. I have complained multiple times about the drivers not ringing my bell (it flickers the lights) and leaving my food in the hot sun without communication, completely making the point of sustainable groceries irrelevant because by the time I find the food, it has rotted. I let them know, complained, EVERYTHING but this KEEPS. HAPPENING. If you would like to NOT waste money, find a better service.
  • Just the app

This rating is strictly the app and the issue is if I leave the app, say to look at a text, and come back to the app to continue shopping it reboots and it starts at the top again. And I have to scroll down through things to find where I was. It’s so annoying and no other website or app does this.
  • Orders canceled, lost, or just not delivered

This app is fine, but we have not gotten our order for the last three weeks. We keep getting messages that our order is cancelled or delayed with no explanation. We have full orders placed and are not skipping these weeks. When we talk to customer support they assure us the order is nearby. Then the tracking link they send shows the food in another city or across the country. They give us credits to make up for the mistake, but credits don’t help when they don’t actually send any food!!
  • I love the Imperfect Foods app!

To start with, I came across Imperfect Foods while scrolling through Instagram. On my first time using this app I noticed how much work and effort was put into this company. I like how they have a motive to be sustainable and provide a different perspective on grocery shopping. The app is great in general. It pre-fills your cart with whatever information you provided of what you eat. You can always go back and edit your cart when your shopping window is open. It also gives you great alternatives to foods you love. Overall, Imperfect Foods is a great way to start your sustainable journey to grocery shopping.
  • Would be good if they added more notifications

Missed the only one notification and didn’t get to choose my cart. A 2nd notification on the day my window closes would have been appreciated. Im really disappointed in this service and won’t be recommending.
  • They always remind me

I love this service. They always remind me by text to finalize my selections. I have 4 days to check my cart, make adjustments or to cancel. I can skip weeks in advance. I depend on this for mid-week service to avoid trips to the grocery store. I mostly replenish fruit and vegetables with a few healthy snacks and sometimes protein. The system tries hard to anticipate your preferences by asking if you always want an item or never want an item.
  • phenomenal

I never write reviews. this company is amazing, and the app makes it even better. the app is extremely user friendly. the layout is simple, yet detailed. I love that there is backstory/reason for every item. truly great.
  • Got sick from bad produce

They don’t package their produce properly, lettuce and celery were wilted when they arrived. I ended up getting sick from the lettuce which just have gone bad even though I washed it and ate it right away. The price is barely cheaper than the grocery store- cool concept imperfectly done.
  • AOkay

I like the app. One issue I struggle with is reviewing the order once it’s placed ….for the coming delivery. There is no place to view it until I receive my email with the detail, which is just the day before it’s delivered.
