No cool Imperfect Foods
I’ve been an Imperfect Foods customer for a couple of years now. The changing of shopping and delivery days really mess me up. The new days do not work for me at all. The part that makes me angry is when I’ve forgotten to shop they literally double my average order. It’s so wrong and completely taking advantage. For instance I usually spend between $25-$40 however the order arriving today is $62 plus. Only one item is in my add to every order list. They are choosing the rest. I’m canceling my subscription because of this. Shame on you Imperfect Foods.ChBaGu

Why do I have to scroll through every item? It was much faster and more convenient to take a look at the whole category and make choices. The app presents items in no particular order and the tiny format (I can’t adjust the size to fill the iPad screen) is a major pain. Oh, by the way, why do I need a nickname to post a review?asburd
App works poorly on iPhone and iPad
I can’t get to prior orders, the line to be typed sits below/within the keyboard space so you can’t see it. I have only used it a few times and been so frustrated with it that I will be deleting it from my devices tonightziperumpazoo
Not better than the website
I don’t find the app at all easy to use. It does not allow me to shop categories other than Featured and Newly Arrived. I’ll stick to the website.JudyK45

So glad there’s an app now and I’ll definitely use it. I’ve been a customer for quite awhile now and love the added variety of products. It’s allowed me to try new products in addition to helping out with the food waste issue.Trailkat21
