Terrible
I was very hopeful in this app but it reflects the incorrect time for when you pump. I just want to find out how long I’ve been pumping for but there’s a terrible glitch in the app that says 00:00 when it’s your first time opening it after a while. Also, I got a replacement motor for the L side and the app can’t even detect this side of the pump after replacement.Show lessZai314

I love my Willow Go pumps but HATE the app. It was basic but just fine with essential functions before the latest update. Now, it glitches all the time. 90% of the time it won’t display pump times, it lags, shows incorrect times when it does show, randomly takes away all data in the middle of a pump- it’s absolutely terrible. I’m uninstalling and just using the pumps manually from now on.Show lessLMRuopoli001

There is so much opportunity in this app for more and better features. I wish there was a history of pump sessions. I wish I could save a program for the pumps. I wish the pump control buttons were more responsive. Another nice to have feature would be the ability to input the volume of milk pumped. It might be nice to add an alarm or reminder feature to remind users to pump. I frequently am interested in the pop ups of information when I open the app, but most of the time I dismiss them and lose access to the link because I am trying to get to the controls for the pumps.
Update: after this latest update to version 3.0, this app is so much worse. It is even less responsive and takes forever to connect to the pumps. Very disappointed.Show lessRedHairedMama86

Other things that would have added usability and actually improved the user experience:
- Ability to see the times of pumping, not just the last one.
- Display the battery percentage. My pump died on me 5 minutes in when the app didn’t even show it had low battery, which is extremely frustrating. Waiting 20 minutes to charge feels like 5 hours with engorgement.
Nice to have:
- Oz pumped
- In-app pumping reminder/alarm
- A less cartoonish font and maybe reduce the weight or offer a couple of customizable options including the size.Show lessMonlay26
Overall a great pump but could use more updates
I really like the new updates added (ie: time of last pump). It would be nice to add a log we could go back to, with how much was pumped. Maybe also the battery percentage at the top, and a remind to pump/charge. Or change the 25 minute default to whatever time we want and be able to manually add or subtract time for pumping.Show lessNickyysongz

Ever since the update, my pumps struggle to connect. It takes SO LONG and frequently they never do at all. It’s made the app completely useless. I called Willow to work it out and the customer service agent was nice but basically like I can’t fix what the developers did to mess up the version and you can’t go back to the previous version when it actually worked. These developers did a TERRIBLE job.
UPDATE: In the response they recommended me update my app and contact customer service both of which are addressed in my initial review, clearly they don’t care about me and my business or (me being one of many faceless consumers to them) you and your business. Strongly recommend buying something else since clearly these developers don’t respect your dollars or your intelligence.Show lessfire mt pleasant ia mcd

The app is aesthetically pleasing and I like being able to see how much longer my pump will run. I wish there was a way to see a log of pumping sessions and to log how much I produced per session. It also takes a while for the information to load, but it’s worth the wait.Ivy Starisawesome

The idea is good but the app is complete trash. It freezes constantly. It always says I have an update but after HOURS of “downloading pump update” nothing has changed. It’s forever downloading. Never mind one of my pumps stopped charging after only TWO months of use. Their customer service is great and tried sending me a new one. I got sent a pump part instead. I called and they expedited a new pump.. again.. this time I actually got the pump but low and behold IT DOESN'T TURN ON! “Have you updated it through the app?” Well I cannot even connect it to this terrible app because the “new” replacement pump doesn’t turn on nor charge. On the phone again with ANOTHER new replacement to come. Third times the charm?
My worry is that the app is the key to fixing these crappy pump problems BUT THE APP DOES NOT WORK! Totally frustrated with this. 10/10 do NOT recommend this pump.Show lessnew mom 826 b
