Could be SO much better!
I love that you can control the pump on your phone sometimes it’s easier to change the mode and setting on your phone when you are multi tasking with your little one.
I wish you could save the pump times for it to create a log of times pumped and then there should be an option for us to enter how much we pumped. Instead I use another app to enter this information as I am trying everything I can to increase my supply. I also wish we could create a pumping setting that we like.Show lessmirandaggp

I like that it shows last pump time, just wish we could manually log how much we’ve pumped instead of using another app or having to write them down 😮💨 I do LOVE my pumps though! 🤍

Buttons are touchy
I like being able to control it from my phone while I drive but I have to tap the button several times for it to actually do what I need it to do. Otherwise the app is basic. That’s about the only pump function it has. It would be nice if it could read volume as your pumping so you know if you’re about to overflow the cups before it ruins your outfitShow lessgia 1991

Like many other reviewers, there leaves much to be desired. Cool you can control start/stop & strength on phone, but that’s pretty much it. I wish it kept time of pump, kind of like a log. Or if you can input that information instead- that would be nice. Maybe they don’t care much about this pump/app, since they make more money on the other Willow pump. Who knows?Show lessadelaresma

The app only actually connects to your pumps about 1 in 10 times so to control them on your phone isn’t really even possible. Not a huge deal considering you can do everything on the pumps themselves but it’s nice to be able to see how long you’ve been pumping for.
App has nice articles. That’s the only redeeming feature of it.Show lessDOsti19

Worked great in the beginning. Recently unable to view my pumps at all (I believe since last bug fix update). Tried reconnecting them and still unable to view anything or control from the app.ktg222

Since the last couple of updates I haven’t even been able to use the update - I can’t even get them to connect to my phone? Wth ugh there is loss of suction constantly and I am always buying parts it’s getting old fast and not for 400$hshsuainebdhjdjsnnwbs

The app doesn’t work about 80% of the time and it basically completely useless to me without logs of pumps. I have to use 3 different apps for this purpose. It would be nice to have it all in one app considering the amount spent on the pump. The controls does work when you click them or it glitches and moves it up like 2 settings and that only if I can get the pump to connect after like 15 mins and but that time, the pump is more than half over. I love the pump but I’m about to delete the app because it never works.Show lessCarissa888

Recently I have to shut my phone off and restart it everything I pump because the page that has the pump controls is always blank until I do a restart. If I use the pumps twice in one day I have to restart my phone both times. And then sometimes the time pump doesn't reset, one pump will continue time from last pump while the other does not.Show lessHulagirl608
