Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work at all. I have tried connecting to update my pump and it says disconnected. I have tried all the troubleshooting listed online and that also did not work..Cassidy_robbins

Not only does this app tell you the DATE you last pumped but NOT something useful like the TIME… it also spams you with ads when you’re trying to adjust the settings on your pump. I paid a ton of money for these pumps… please don’t spam me with marketing when I’m trying to adjust my settings.gingerpeachee

I have tried all the support on the website, and tried everything to pair my pumps with my phone. Nothing is working. It’s not fair to advertise having an app with tracking capabilities and firmware updates that doesn’t work.lustenvy

So far the app has done nothing for me. I can’t get my pumps to charge, or pair, and none of the buttons on the app work, including the “help” button and the “contact us” button. Needless to say I am really frustrated and pretty furious I spent money on this stupid pump.MandaMom2

It was working well, until recently they put this weird pop up on the screen that makes it so I can’t see my controls for the pump. Please get rid of them, they are not helpful! Also, if you can add a feature that remembers when you pumped that would be great as well as an option to add how much you pumped that would be really usefulShow lessBrittnay729

I like the app so that I can see battery life (wish it showed percentage) but I have to use a different app to keep track of how long ago I pumped and how much I pumped I wish that there were those kind of tracking options with this app (I use the other app to keep track of feeds and diaper changes too since the doctors always ask) it would be super convenient if this app did all of that so I only had one app to help keep track of it all.Show lesssumra87
Waste of Time

It is very frustrating that there is no history for pumping sessions. It would be very simple for the app developers to add a feature that would tell me how many times and how long I pumped for or other statistics about my day and trends and the option to track amount collected. Basically just use some more storage and ask me to enter how much I collected. A real miss for a $350 product.Show lesstoothdoc87

Let me start off by saying I LOVE the ability to control my pumps from my phone. However…
That’s about all I like about the app. The control buttons to switch between stimulation/ expression and intensity +/- are so touchy. Half the time I have to tap multiple times for them to take. Next, it tells you the date of the last time you pumped. Now I would love an actual log of your pumps with date and time but the least it could have is adding the time of last pump. Also wish there was a program mode where you could record your own program for the pumps.Show lessHdhsvdjsbskgievhg
