Update has made it much better, but could still be improved
I am changing my review because they updated the app to make it much better. Now you can control your pump with the app which is awesome. The problem is that sometimes pushing the up button doesn’t work and you have to keep pressing it. I also wish the app would store the time for the last session, not just the date. Also, the time that I stop the pumps on changes after stopped, so if I stop it at 15:00 it will say I stopped it at 14:58. I also wish that it would remember the level I had it set on and put it on that setting the next time I use them instead of starting at 1 every time. Last, it would be nice to be able to set them to stop at a time of my choice, not just at 25:00. I like to do 15 min sessions, so it would be nice to be able to set it to stop at 15 minutes instead of having to constantly check the time. These are just things I think could be improved, but the app is vastly better than it was and I appreciate all the resources offered on the app.

This app does nothing. Literally all it does is tell you how long you have been pumping and what level your on. So what exactly is the point? You can’t control the level with the app. You can’t see how much you pumped. You can’t see when you last pumped. Such a useless appShow lessBrittnay729

I am SO GLAD they updated the app so that I can control the pumps from my phone! I love not having to lift up my shirt or go searching for the buttons to change the suction/etc. This makes all the difference in the world. Thank you!!annalou421

Thanks for the update! When I pumped today, I saw that my pump needs update. I updated it and now can control the strength of the pump and start it. Wow! Now, Willow Go is at par with Willow 3.0!!! Thank you so much for this update!
Another feature suggestion:
Can you add the time when I last pumped? Maybe the start time or end time of my last session? That will be very useful feature.Show lessSariah_J

I was excited to download the new update that allows you to operate the pumps from the app on your phone. I spent about one hour downloading updates and updating the firmware on the pumps. When I went to pump, my batteries showed completely depleted even though they were already charged and my pumps kept cutting off. When I plugged my pumps in they were showing charged with a green light. I am so tired of these pumps and all their glitches. I’m also really tired of having to reset the stupid pumps. I have only had these pumps for a couple of months and they still have not worked very well for me at all. Now I can’t even use my pumps with or without the app. This is very disappointing for $300 pumps.Show lessPinkSugar8484

I wish it had more features. I wish it would log our pumps and allow us to add how many ounces we got from each pump. Would make life easier. Right now it doesn’t do more than tell you what mode your pump is on and how long your current session has been goingea8514

Pairs easily but only a timer and shows setting
It pairs easily and shows battery life, timer and pump setting. Agree with most that a record of last pump sessions with time and option to input how much pumped would be nice. I think those should be easy to update given their willow 3.0 app can do all of that and automate the amount (though jot always accurate). Letting individual users input oz pump would solvw the problem and history of pumps.Show lesslimited functions
Not the greatest
I feel like I’m generous to give this two stars. The app is for information on how long you have pumped for the current session only. Not your last session. Or how much you’ve pumped. Nor can you run anything from your phone. Just the timer, which you can only do 25 minutes, that is not changeable, how intense it is, and if you are in expression or simulation. That is it.
I exclusively pump and my daughter falls asleep on me often. So I have to move her if I want an additional 5 minutes to reach down my shirt and press buttons. Then I have to watch the app to turn It off after the five minutes, on the pump. Which that does come up as “how was your 5 minute session” but won’t ask me about my 25 minute session.
There is no detection either. So if your cups are getting full, you will just leak out all over the place. You don’t need the app to use the pumps, thank goodness it’s free otherwise I wouldn’t use it at all.Show lessmal0802

Absolutely hate this app... Why is it not like the Willow 3.0 app? Does not keep track of oz, last time pumped, and can't control settings through phone. No recorded history from previous sessions. This app is basically useless! It only shows you how long you've been pumping for and what level setting the pumps are on during use.Show lessBeautifulelephant1
Love the pumps but not the app
I love how easy these pumps are. I wish the app had more features like pump time and amount. Honestly I wish you could control the pumps from the app. I didn’t think that would bother me but it would be convenient.Ash U
