  • Deleting App Sessions

    Every hour that goes by, the app is deleting session times and milk yield entries from 36 hours prior. This is such a disappointment and it is infuriating that I am losing such valuable data. It’s not like they don’t have this tech available, they just aren’t using it for users who didn’t pay top dollar for the 3.0 version. I didn’t agree to be a beta tester and that’s exactly what they are forcing on all of their users right now.

  • Update problem!

    Please fix your recent update. Not only are my times incorrect, but I go to log my supply and the previous days are erased. Why waste my time filling out each session for it to be deleted. I have to constantly quit app and log in again just to keep track of my current time. Please fix.

  • App doesn’t work at all

    The timer on the app for the pumps is almost always incorrect. For example, after just starting to pump, I check the time and it says I’ve been pumping for 45 minutes. It starts off where last session ends and only randomly restarts- but I never know when! Also you can’t set a timer on them at all, so I still have to track time and push stop- which is annoying when the whole point is to be hands free!

  • Wish I could rate it 0 stars

    I’ve been using this app for 8 months and honestly every update that comes out renders it more and more unusable. The most recent update has completely made the timing feature useless, the time elapsed read outs are always wrong. I now have to set a timer on a different app to keep track of the pumps. It’s slow to process and commands for suction, isn’t showing correct battery read. It’s not even worth using most of the time which is a shame, because it was a big selling point of this particular model. I really don’t know how it’s possible that this app keeps getting worse.

  • Poor readings with latest update

    Since the last update, my times are very incorrect. It doubles my current session time each time I open the app while pumping. It also takes forever to connect and I have to fully close the app each time I start a session - this wasn’t an issue before the last update. Please fix this, it’s incredibly frustrating when the time is not correct.

  • Disappointing Update

    My pumps used to work just fine, and now since this new update, I have to completely unpair them from my phone and then re-pair them every single time I need to pump. Prior to this update I was able to just turn on the pumps, no need to open the app. Now it forces me to use the app just to set them up before each session. Not conducive when you’re pumping 5-6 times per day.

  • The app updates aren’t fixing the issues.

    I never know how charge my pump is even with disconnecting the pumps and reconnecting them after the last update. My pumps are always adding 10-15 minutes to the pumping time. Unless I manually turn the suction up or down or switch modes and then open and close the app. I cannot see any of my pump sessions anymore in the logging history. What is the point of even having the app when you have to troubleshoot it multiple times in order to get simply how much time you’ve pumped!!! If I could give this app zero stars I would. Any update something that isn’t even broken!! I got my pump about three months ago and the app worked perfect…. Such a disappointment.

  • Timer?

    When did the app go downhill? When did the timer just not work anymore? It will randomly add minutes, take away minutes, double them sometimes so it looks like I’ve been pumping for 45 minutes. They no longer shut off at 25 minutes either. I could careless about the function to now add the volume pumped….fix the basic timer!

  • Bad update

    If I could give this a negative review I would. My app just did an update and now it isn’t showing the correct time and keeps jumping which is not helpful when I want to pump for 25 min. I went from 2 mins to 18 mins by exiting out. So I never know what time I am at. It takes forever to even connect now also. The app was fine and I didn’t have any problems now that’s all I am having.

  • Great Pumps, App is Garbage

    Not sure why a product has been designed to be completely reliant on an app that simply doesn’t work. My pumps are great (when they work). Twice now, I have had my pumps stop suctioning mid session for no reason. I’ve contacted customer support and was informed that this was likely due to my pumps needing an update and that I would simply need to connect them to my app and the update “would automatically download”. This is anything but true. I have done hard resets on my pumps, unpaired and repaired my pumps to my app, I have turned my phone off and on again (actual advice given to me by the customer service team), I have even gone so far as to uninstall and reinstall the Willow app completely. All of this in an attempt to force an update to my pumps that will (hopefully) allow me to express successfully again. I’m still waiting for that to happen. Incredibly frustrating when you’ve got a hungry newborn. I wanted to love these pumps, but they’ve been ruined for me all because of a faulty app. Do not buy!
