  • Horrible app

    The timer is incorrect half of the time. The app is extremely basic for such an expensive product. No way to set specific shut off timer for a session. Would not recommend this pump
  • I’m annoyed

    So before the update I had no issues with the app. But the new update has my app tweaking. The left pump on the app won’t let me raise the level of stimulation or expression mode. It’s very annoying and seems like a waste of money right now because it simply will not work.
  • Great pumps, dysfunctional app.

    This new update gets the timer wrong. I’ve just had my pumps on for two minutes, opened the app, and it says the session has been going for 10 minutes. Didn’t have this issue before the latest update, and now the app is useless to me about a working timer. The pumps themselves are great, but the app is dysfunctional.

  • Make the app awesome too

    I absolutely love my willow pump, but this app update is terrible. I do like the fact that I can now log how many ounces I pumped, but half of the time my pumps don’t connect to the app or the timer is incorrect.
  • So many issues

    I want to use this app so badly because of how much I love my Willow Go pumps and how organized it could be if the bugs got fixed.

    Session length doesn’t store, pumped milk total volume doesn’t store, there’s no way to delete a session if you accidentally turn pumps on for a moment, I am constantly force quitting and reopening the app to make it work and it still doesn’t always work. Too much hassle for a busy pumping mom, sorry.

  • Slow and now Inaccurate

    Before the update, pumping times and connections were slow. Since the update, it got marginally better (but still true), but now the timer is off. The timer jumps at some point and will say I’ve pumped about 10-15 minutes longer that I did. Frustrating since that was the only reason I was using the app at this point.

  • Disappointing

    The app made a recent update which fixed the issue with the battery life but now my pumps say disconnected and the only thing that works is the timer. There is no point in using the pumps if the app doesn’t work.
  • Doesn’t maintain records

    App is kinda pointless. I’ll try and track my amounts pumped and I have to put them in 3 times just for it to save. That is only if the app actually records your pumping sessions which it seems to just delete anything older than a few days. In addition to that it sometimes doesn’t record the pump you just had. Started recording separately since the app isn’t dependable at all.

  • Terrible App and Customer Support

    I purchased the Willow Go pumps for the app functionality, but it did not work at all due to a known issue with the firmware. It rendered the app completely useless - you could not see the time, suction level, mode, session history or battery life. Customer support passed me off to four different people, none of which gave me helpful feedback on how or when the app would be functional again. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this pump and app at all, it was a $350 waste of money.

  • New update doesn’t work

    The new update made it where my pumps won’t pair with the app. I have checked the update, checked that the pumps are fully charged, checked my Bluetooth on my phone to the Willow pumps everything and still it won’t pair with the app. Just use something else to time your pumps the app is just a glorified stop watch which now that doesn’t even work.
